Restoring lawful government

In the 4-17-13 edition of the Daily News Dan Motola wrote: “We can’t support deficits of trillions of dollars eternally.” The fact is our legislators must change current monetary policy or we must get used to being enslaved with un payable debt. Why? Because we have NO money with which to pay our debts! The Department of Treasury explained our monetary policy by saying: “the actual creation of money always involves the extension of credit by private commercial banks” and “money to pay the interest on borrowed money comes from the same source that other money comes from.”

In layman’s language, WE HAVE NO MONEY TO USE AS A MEDIUM OF EXCHANGE; ONLY DEBT! This debt must be borrowed into existence as must the interest we pay on it! It’s an ungodly, unconstitutional, and idiotic monetary policy (unless you are an owner of the privately owned, deceitfully named Federal Reserve System that creates this debt from nothing) designed to enslave mankind; and it has! Unfortunately, our major political parties and most politicians refuse to recognize these facts or support legislation that would return us to constitutionally mandated monetary policy. America has a problem! It’s people’s failure (especially politicians) to recognize the importance of - and to comply with - James 4:17 saying he that knoweth to do right and doeth it not to him it is sin. Clearly, we’ve become a nation of sinners and hypocrites. If voters are to “restore to the states and the people the prerogatives and freedoms guaranteed them under the Constitution” as 30 governors pledged to do, voters must begin by insisting we live by God’s word and become a team capable of assuring elected officials honor their oath of office or be held accountable under the law. The peaceful restoration of lawful government is contingent on voter unity around some important facts including: 1. “All men are endowed with certain unalienable rights to include Life, Liberty, and an opportunity to pursue happiness” (Declaration of Independence). 2. The purpose of government is to secure and perpetuate these unalienable rights for Americans. 3. All Government acts that have diminished people’s ability to enjoy these unalienable rights are unlawful and those responsible for them are guilty of one or more crimes falling under Title 18 of the U.S. Criminal Code. If tea party or local political party groups were to adopt a position paper citing these facts, some of the more damaging “Federal acts” that have exceeded the clear bounds of constitutional authority, and the action they want taken perhaps more people would pay attention to them.
