WASHINGTON (AFP) – Outgoing US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice predicted Sunday that Hillary Clinton will "do a great job" succeeding her at the State Department because of her love of country and faith in US values.

"She's terrific," Rice told ABC television. "I have known her for a long time, ever since she brought her freshman daughter (Chelsea) to Stanford (University) when I was provost at Stanford. I think she's going to be terrific," Rice said. More...
