The s - - - t is about to hit the fan! Rizzolo's parole officer petitions the court. Jury trial scheduled to start on March 9th "On December 17, 2009, the offender was asked to sign a Payment Schedule for U.S. District Court Clerk in which he was requested to make monthly payments towards his restitution and fine. Mr. Rizzolo declined, stating that he would not sign the document at the advice of his attorney." - Eric Christiansen, U.S. Probation Officer
