Are you as a farmer allowed to make your own food?

State of Pennsylvania argues that:

  • You are not allowed to make food without their permission
  • Eat food without their permission
  • Purchase food without their permission

They have been rationing food by telling Amos how much he can eat, how much he can feed his own family, and that he can not even feed his own pigs.

The state of Pennsylvania thinks that they have a complete monopoly on all food, everywhere;

If it is in your fridge they can come in and take it, steal it, destroy it because they didn’t give you permission to eat it first.

Amos Miller's attorneys accuse PA AG department of lying in its effort to shut down his farm

The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture lied to and misled courts in its effort to shut down Upper Leacock Township farmer Amos Miller and his businesses, according to his attorneys.

Miller, an Amish farmer whose organic farm lies about six miles east of downtown Lancaster, has been the subject of long-running legal fights with federal regulators over food safety matters. He’s also become a cause celebre for those who accuse the government of overreach and tyranny. -- More...
