Secretary Doug Burgum says that Interior is reviewing all of the offshore wind permitting that was approved under the Biden admin:

"The cost of offshore wind is triple what it is for onshore, and it's all built by foreign companies... Billions of tons of rock are poured into the ocean before they can even begin the years of pile driving"
