Why it took 90 days for Harris to announce she’d be checking on the border even though President Joe Biden tapped her as his Border Czar remains one of those Democrat murky mysteries.“Vice President Kamala Harris will finally visit the United States-Mexico border this week, three months after being put in charge of the immigration crisis, and days after Republicans urged President Joe Biden to relieve Harris of her duties and replace her with a new border czar. “Politico reports that Harris “will make a stop in El Paso, Texas on Friday, according to sources familiar with the trip. She is expected to be accompanied by Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas.” “Harris’s office and the Department of Homeland Security both refused to confirm details of the Vice President’s planned visit.”Telling folk what you are up to is not something that Democrats do.
“It appears that Harris was trying to beat former President Donald Trump to the border. Trump is scheduled to pay a visit to the border in Texas and speak with Governor Greg Abbott about his plans to build his own border barrier and send reinforcements to the Texas border with Mexico, a plan that Abbott announced last week. (Daily Wire) “Harris’ trip comes just days before former President Donald Trump is set to visit the border,” Politico noted. “Trump will be joined on that trip by Texas GOP Gov. Greg Abbott and a group of House Republicans.”
“As the Daily Wire previously reported, the crisis on the southern border has worsened dramatically since President Joe Biden took office. Illegal immigration has exploded to record levels, up more than 600% from last year. “Harris made a trip to the Northern Triangle countries earlier this month — a visit that was widely panned by critics, and widely viewed as unsuccessful by both American and Latin American legislators. Harris, notably, got visibly agitated whenever she was questioned over whether she planned to visit the United States-Mexico border, at one point cutting off a Univision reporter who questioned whether a border visit was on Harris’ agenda. “She later derided a border visit as a “grand gesture” that would divert attention from her “work.” “Last week, Republican legislators sent a letter to Biden demanding that he relieve Harris of her border duties if she continued to refuse to visit the border. “Despite being in the midst of a border crisis this country has not seen in two decades, Vice President Harris has not yet shown adequate interest in observing this crisis first-hand,” a group of lawmakers wrote in their letter. “In the 85 days since the Vice President has been tasked with solving this crisis, she has yet to visit the border and meet with Border Patrol agents, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials, and local law enforcement officials.”

"Kamala Harris told left-wing activists to knock on doors to pressure people to get vaccinated as Biden’s July 4th vaccine goal is likely to fall short. "The Biden Admin set a goal to fully vaccinate 70% of Americans by July 4th. "Americans are refusing to get the Covid vaccine for many different reasons, but the Biden Admin is pushing for 70% vaccination so they can wield power over the unvaccinated. “However, this isn’t linked with saving lives, but with power! "Kamala Harris told so-called ‘volunteers’ in Atlanta to knock on doors and harass people who may be hesitating to get the vaccine for one reason or another. "Harris even gave the activists several pointers on how to overcome objections. “For example, if you knock on the door and someone says they ‘don’t have the time to get the vaccine’ — because people are busy. They’re just trying just to make it through the day. Or they say that pharmacies are never open when they do have time. Well, let’s address that. Because now, you can let them know that pharmacies across our country are keeping their doors open for 24 hours on Fridays in June, including today. Because we need to meet people where they are! Some folks are working two jobs…” Harris stated. “And what if they say they can’t miss work? Well, you can tell them that there are employers across the country who are offering paid time off for their employees to get vaccinated, and we want to encourage and challenge more employers to do the same.”
“If you have young kids, Harris’s got you covered. “Other folks, who need time to recover after they get the shot, right? And may need a little moment where they need some help with their kids. So we have partnered with the YMCA, with KinderCare, and the Learning Care Group to provide free childcare for both vaccination and recovery. We need to meet people where they are.” “You might run across people as you’re out talking and knocking, folks might say, ‘I don’t have a car’ or ‘there’s no public transportation or bus that comes by my house.’ And that’s fair because how can we expect them to get to a vaccination site? Well, now, as part of the solution, rideshare companies are giving free rides to and from vaccination centers,” Kamala stated.”Why is it that no one in the media is asking why is a U.S. VP asking activists to invade the homes of private citizens? People who do not want to take the vaccine won’t be harassed into taking it by activists at their doors, or bribed by government. Something that a politician who comes with the silly simpering giggle of an unruly school girl could never understand.
