Miramar, Florida (October 28, 2010) – Spirit Airlines today announced that it will begin non-stop service from Niagara Falls, New York to Fort Lauderdale, Florida and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, offering upstate New Yorkers and Canadians easy access to ultra low fares throughout the U.S., Caribbean and Latin America.
The ultra low cost carrier will begin three non-stop flights per week between Niagara Falls International Airport and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport on January 27, 2011.
In addition, starting on May 5, 2011, Spirit will seasonally operate three flights per week between Niagara Falls and Myrtle Beach.
