Students walk out of West Linn High School, say culture is not safe for LGBTQ+ students

WEST LINN, Ore. – Dozens of students walked out of West Linn High School Friday to protest the school’s use of Chick-Fil-A at football games and other recent homophobic incidents they say have occurred at school. West Linn High School’s Gay-Straight Alliance organized the walkout and says the current culture at the school is not safe for LGBTQ+ students.
