“In this week’s video, Senator Ted Cruz accused President Donald Trump of spouting “overheated rhetoric” about the election and failing to present evidence of voter fraud.” (Gateway Pundit) “Starting at the 16:52 mark of the January 25th, 2021 episode of Verdict with Ted Cruz, Senator Ted Cruz states the following:“Senator Ted Cruz: “President Trump’s rhetoric, I think, went way too far over the line. I think it was both reckless and irresponsible because he said repeatedly—and he said over and over again—he won by a landslide; there was massive fraud; it was all stolen everywhere. That evidence, the campaign did not prove that in any court, and to make a determination about an election it has to be based on the evidence, and so simply saying the result you want, that’s not responsible and you’ve never heard me use language like that. “What I’ve said is voter fraud is real, and we need to examine the evidence, and look at the actual facts; and in particular, what is the evidence of how much voter fraud occurred, and did it occur in sufficient quantities and in sufficient states to alter the outcome of the election. That would have been the mandate of the election commission; to assess.”
“And later around the 25-minute mark, he refers to the events of January 6th, 2021 as “a terrorist attack on the United States Capital.” (Gateway Pundit)The Texas senator’s attack on Trump came in the same week when ‘Teddy Bear’ went stumbling into the Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez lion’s den when he agreed with her on Robinhood Investigation. The roaring lioness, who didn’t welcome him, accused him of trying to get her murdered during the Jan. 6 Insurrection instead. Only a foam-stuffed teddy bear would have been stupid enough to think he could horn in on AOC media limelight! Cruz days as a teddy bear senator began a long time ago when he joined on-again-off Glenn Beck who kicked off the orange man mantra by burying his face in a bowl of Cheetos, handing out teddy bears at the U.S. southern border. “Texas Senator Ted Cruz visited the Laredo Sector of the U.S.-Mexico border and did not contact Border Patrol agents to discuss their needs. “According to the agents, Senator Cruz has yet to contact them through his freshman term in the U.S. Senate. The Border Patrol agents reached out to Breitbart Texas and rebuked the Senator for what they say is a pattern of having tough rhetoric while taking little action. The agents say that Senator Cruz only shows up to the border to hand out teddy bears on camera or to hear the Obama Administration political appointees’ glossy version of the realities on the ground. Senator Cruz’s spokesperson strongly refuted these assertions and told Breitbart Texas, “We had a positive and informative meeting where Customs and Border [Protection] leaders were present.”

“Senator Cruz’s spokesperson, Catherine Frazier, responded to Breitbart Texas media inquiry on this matter and she felt that Senator Cruz had done a lot to fight for border security:Hard-working border agents do not waste time talking to teddy bears. Moreover, whether or not Cruz and Company tipped off the Border Patrol agents about their coming publicity stunt—they carried off their “publicity stunt” teddy bear giveaway at the border anyway. Meanwhile, the teddy bear would make a better symbol for Republicans than the elephant. The Democrats are tipping the U.S. over to socialist/communist rule without much of a fight to save the nation from Republicans—including Cruz. Instead, the teddy bear brigade is marching behind sell-outs like Mitt Romney et al joining the Democrats in attacking former President Donald Trump. Believing in Teddy Bear Cruz is akin to believing in the Tooth Fairy.“Cruz had a positive and informative meeting and border tour in Laredo this week. No one has been a greater advocate for giving border agents the resources they need to secure our border. Our Senate office has no record of a request from NBPC to meet, but the Senator is happy to do so at their convenience to discuss their concerns. Sen. Cruz is well aware of the barriers that this administration has imposed on many of our agents to share opinions and do the job that’s necessary, which is exactly why he led the fight to stop the Gang of 8 legislation that would have made the problem even worse.”
