The Constitutional rights of all Americans are being systematically violated by hundreds of thugs in the Democratic Party - and to such an extent that a high likelihood already exists that the 2008 Presidential election has already been irreparably tainted. And when I say thugs, I'm not just referring to the loose assortment of mixed nuts at ACORN, either. I'm talking about the party leadership including their candidate. Americans may want change, but Democrats are willing to resort to theft and thuggery to obtain it.
The Democrats' election strategy is very simple:
Forget about Hillary. As soon as Obama is nominated, have the media declare him the winner. Exert tons of peer pressure on voters. If that fails, cry racism. And if that doesn't work, fall back on claims of massive Republican voter suppression. Distract the country from the fact they know nothing about your candidate and have him distance himself from his friends by creating a website called "Fight the Smears" to cleverly disguise the truth through some slick wordsmithing. Enlist lawyers and prosecutors to intimidate people and muzzle their right to free speech. When voting starts, use your underlings such as your PACs and 527s along with some Democratic judges, Governors and Secretaries of State to run interference and clog the courts with bogus claims, bringing utter chaos to swing states.
Frightening, isn't it?
The Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) bills itself as an advocate for the poor and disenfranchised. Born out of the turbulence of the late 1960's, it is nothing more than a loose amalgamation of thousands of thugs with front offices in 42 states and several countries. Their aim is precisely the same as Barack Obama's:
To remake the nation into his Utopian, Marxist ideal by taking Joe the Plumber's money, house or job and giving it to somebody else who didn't earn it. ACORN uses irresponsible lobbying efforts, massive voter registration fraud schemes and other questionable activity to get there.
• ACORN's constant prodding of financial institutions to finance people unable to afford an adjustable rate mortgage was a key element to the crash of the housing market.
• ACORN is currently under investigation by the FBI in over a dozen states on suspicion of voter fraud. Their Las Vegas office was recently raided.
• In 2006, as a result of several convictions, ACORN was the subject of a Washington State Consent Decree in which they agreed to cease their questionable activities and to be monitored or face prosecution.
• In 2007, Carmen R. Davis, was hired by ACORN to register voters with one of their offshoots, Project Vote, themselves a group of Obama protégés. Davis was indicted on 4 felony counts of election registration fraud in Missouri.
• This year in Ohio, out of more than 600,000 new voter registrations, over 200,000 have been flagged as suspect and over 54,000 rejected outright.
These are but a few of the dozens of allegations against ACORN. Literal reams of physical evidence exist showing the intent of an organized effort by hundreds of people to steal multiple elections. For years, ACORN has been submitting thousands of duplicate or fraudulent registration forms. This year, it's voter registrations for Mickey Mouse, The Dallas Cowboys, dead people, even adolescents. There have been multiple indictments in multiple states. There have been prosecutions, guilty pleas, convictions, consent decrees and FBI raids, yet ACORN still denies all wrongdoing, blaming it instead on a handful of dishonest employees and efforts by Republicans to suppress votes, a specious claim that has zero supporting evidence.
ACORN dutifully mirrors the decentralized nature of al Qaeda, albeit without the killing. They provide the top-level organizational structure and foot soldiers to a loose association of other autonomous groups. Their sleepers have been working hand in hand with Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner from the very beginning to ensure a Democrat victory.
Brunner's recent activist interpretation of Ohio law concerning absentee voting means that Ohio voters can actually register and vote on the same day, virtually opening the door to fraud. The law states a person must be registered for 30 days before they can vote. But according to Brunner's twisted interpretation, the person hasn't actually voted until the ballot is actually counted. So, the overlap between the end of registration and the start of absentee voting is this early voting window. Ohio jokingly calls the practice "early, in-person absentee voting".
Republicans have brought multiple suits against Brunner to try and stop her shenanigans. In one suit, they simply wanted to have independent observers present during Ohio's early voting because Brunner refused. Brunner responded that she had no objection, but Ohio law does not provide for observers so she would not accommodate them. The court agreed with Republicans and ordered Brunner to allow the observers.
In another suit, the GOP wanted to ensure that there were sufficient resources to ensure suspect applications didn't translate into votes without verification; that mismatched names in Ohio be given to county elections workers for that purpose. Brunner refused. The GOP won, but Brunner appealed to the liberal 6th circuit, which ruled that the GOP lacked standing, essentially refusing to hear the case and handing Brunner --and tyranny-- a victory. But, while bending over backwards to allegedly fulfill her duty to ensure that all Ohioans vote by refusing to thoroughly scrutinize questionable forms submitted by Democrats, she rejected thousands of voter registrations submitted by the GOP on the specious grounds that they contained an extra box, a clerical error.
When you look at the combined actions of Jennifer Brunner of late, a pattern of manipulation emerges. From her interpretation of absentee voting laws, to ACORN's present troubles, to her refusal to accept GOP registration forms, it's quite easy to see that Democrats are tainting the election.
Barack Obama's claims on his "Fight the Smears" website about his ties to ACORN or any of their child organizations are bald-faced lies.[1.] There is simply too much evidence to believe him. During the primaries, Obama funneled over $800,000.00 to an ACORN offshoot. He attempted to hide the source of that money by filing FEC reports indicating the money was for lighting and site selection. When the filing was examined more closely, it was determined that the recipient of Obama's money did not perform the kind of work Obama's filing said it was for. Was Obama penalized? No, he was simply required to amend the original FEC filing.
Democrats are constantly hogging the cameras and admonishing us to be civil. In reference to Stanley Kurtz' ACORN expose "Planting Seeds of Disaster", Democrat strategist Bob Beckel replied:
" Stanley Kurtz is a right-winger. He doesn't like ACORN because ACORN gets in your face... When people are getting nowhere, they're gonna get in your face and Stanley may not like that. Well, that's too bad."
Our country's moral foundations, political and financial systems have been destroyed. We are on the verge of watching Democrats destroy the one institution that is fundamental to the survival of our democracy: the right to fairly elect our leaders. But this moron wants us to be civil. To hell with you and your arrogance, Beckel, I'm not going to be civil. At this point, I couldn't give a damn who the next President is, they'll both expand government more than I care to imagine. What I do care about, though, is that the process is carried out fairly. Barack Obama and the thugs he mentored at ACORN will ensure that doesn't happen. After all, the ACORN never falls far from the tree.

1. Democrat claims that false registrations don't amount to voter fraud are patently ridiculous. There have already been thousands of fraudulent registrations found and at least one fraudulent ballot cast during Ohio's early voting. One person admitted on television to filling out over 70 forms at acorn's behest and was paid in cigarettes. Over 40 of these forms have been located. Republicans approached the Obama campaign and asked for their help ensuring a clean election in Ohio. Obama and the Democrats' met the gesture with silence. When forced to comment by Fox News, they said Republicans were suppressing votes.
2. Barack Obama's Fight The Smears website presents a highly nuanced and distorted version of Obama's association with ACORN. Obama's Fact: ACORN never hired Obama as a trainer, organizer or any type of employee. War of Wits' Fact:While that is technically true, it is misleading. Obama volunteered his services mentoring ACORN's offshoots. the use of the word "hired" is a clever attempt to deceive Obama's associations.
3 His last bullet point is patently false. Obama's Fact: ACORN was not part of Project Vote, the successful voter registration drive Barack ran back in 1992. War of Wits' Fact: According to the FBI charge sheet for the Missouri ACORN employee, they were working together. So while technically true that ACORN maintains no publicly visible, legal business relationship to Project Vote, the reality is they have been working hand-in-hand for years.
4. Their last point is a joke. Obama's Fact: Republicans should be celebrating the Community Organizing profession for educating people to fend for themselves rather than relying on government. War of Wits' Fact: Barack Obama educates people on how to do just that; remain dependent on government through his proposal of massive, Marxist redistribution of American wealth and huge increases in spending for socialist causes.
