Treason is Sooo 1776

"If the exigencies of my country demand a peculiar service, its claim to perform that service are imperious.”- Nathan Hale. I guess the US school system is so busy handing out Viagra to five-year-old children and teaching them tolerance that they no longer have time to teach history.

Treason’s Poster Boy

After spending an entire week poring over a few thousand of the so-called "Afghan War Logs", more than 75,000 incident reports from the Afghanistan war allegedly leaked by a US soldier to left-leaning WikiLeaks, one thing is clear. While the disclosure of this information may not put American or coalition forces in (even more) imminent danger, it will result in even more innocents killed and it does further complicate our mission in Afghanistan in a number of ways.

Our “Post-Racial” or “Most-Racist” President?

For years now, Barack Obama's media lapdogs have been repeating the lie that Obama was America's first, "post-racial president", whatever that means. Well, it didn't take long for America's first Beer Summit to shatter that myth.

Obama’s Economic Time-Bomb Set to Explode in 2011

If you listen to the lies spewing forth from the lips of the Obama Administration, the US economy is improving, millions of jobs are being "saved or created" and we're well on our way to a strong recovery. But, the volatility of the numbers that Obama and economists in his pocket use to try and convince us that our financial situation is improving tell an entirely different story.

Obama’s Latest Reform? NASA: Norm Augustine’s Subversive Agenda

To commemorate the first anniversary of Barack Obama's Cairo speech, NASA Administrator Charles Bolden, interviewed on al Jazeera TV, said that one of his foremost responsibilities was improving relations in the Muslim world by highlighting their contributions to math, science and engineering, thereby making them feel better.

I’ll Take a Double-Dip, Smart####

The United States of America is in great peril. Absent drastic and immediate intervention, America as we know it will cease to exist. Americans are quite adept at the art of denial. But, if we don't begin to recognize the gut-wrenching truth that we screwed things up by putting an illegitimate usurper in the most powerful office on Earth and that said usurper has been systematically dismantling and destroying our economy, military, middle-class, social structure and Constitution, it's game over.

US General Mysteriously Mowed Down With Empty Magazine

Although Barack Obama's rabid, media lapdogs on the left portray the replacement of General Stanley McChrystal as a swift, decisive and "brilliant" move and pundits on the right stand there with mouths agape, shocked that a respected military commander would self-destruct in such a manner, both analyses distort key facts and are superficial at best, for they fail to address the fundamental questions the media should be asking, such as "What really happened?"

Oil’s Well That Ends…Well, Hopefully With Obama’s Resignation

If you happened to catch Barack Obama's first televised address from the Oval Office and were looking for steady leadership, an end to the gushing oil or common sense managing the cleanup, you were probably very disappointed. Unfortunately for the United States, not only is Obama illegitimate, he's also incompetent, reckless and he represents everything our Founders warned us to abolish; a clear and present danger to our well-being, freedoms and way of life.

I Know Whose Ass To Kick

After just a year and a half, it is virtually impossible by any measure to see the regime of Barack Obama as anything other than a failure. Elected on lofty rhetoric espousing the nebulous agenda of change, hope, prosperity and unity, his first, only, and hopefully truncated term in office has turned into a cold, clammy, national nightmare.

Light-Years Ahead of His Time

Barack Obama has been held up by the liberal elite as a true visionary. But, rather than fix the problems he was elected to fix, he has exacerbated every single one of them and then some.

US Military’s Biggest Threat not Terrorists, but Straw Men

Ever since Bill Clinton first tried to force the military to allow openly-gay service, many gays and their advocates have argued that they simply want to serve their country; that the issue isn't about their sexuality, choice of lifestyle or sex, but fundamental fairness.

Franklin’s Brainchild Has Become Frankenstein’s Monster

"It has been urged and echoed, that the power 'to lay and collect taxes, duties, imposts, and excises, to pay the debts, and provide for the common defense and general welfare of the United States,' amounts to an unlimited commission to exercise every power which may be alleged to be necessary for the common defense or general welfare. No stronger proof could be given of the distress under which these writers labor for objections, than their stooping to such a misconstruction. Obama’s Waterloo

If recently published reports are true, and I have no reason to doubt they are, then the judgment, reputation and credibility of many a journalist and politician have been irrevocably destroyed along with the myths planted by Barack Obama, who apparently has a great deal of explaining to do about who he is, where he came from and why he's using another person's Social Security number.

We All Know What Happens When You Assume

Presidential Spokesgullet Robert Gibbs said last week that the near-miss in Times Square did not represent a "systemic failure", but I would argue that the government's response was indeed just that. I would even go a step further. I would argue that the government's failure to actually stop Shahzad's attempt to detonate a Vehicle-Borne-IED in Times Square also exemplifies just how dangerous the entire Progressive approach to terrorism is. Let's not forget, this incident did not occur in a vacuum.

A Tale of Two Protests

The Tea Party Movement has known for a long time that coverage of their protests has held a decidedly liberal bias. That biased coverage is a damning indictment of the editors and publishers of mainstream media programming and publications who cannot be trusted to deliver anything close to the truth and who often manufacture the news with the goal of influencing public opinion, rather than fact-finding.

America’s Man-Handler-in-Chief

imageBack in 1994, Republicans swept both houses of Congress and shifted the balance of power back from Bill Clinton's leftward tilt. Their backlash was largely a result of Clinton's push for nationalized health care. A lot of pundits are making all manner of comparisons between then and 2010, but, as I see it, the main distinction between then and now is that Bill Clinton was fundamentally a proponent of the free-market system, while Barack Obama is an opponent of it, seeking to impose government control over every single aspect of American life he disagrees with, a very long list indeed.

Oh Really, O’Reilly?

Bill O'Reilly: oreilly@foxnews.com Hey Bill, On the April 15th, 2010 broadcast of the O'Reilly Factor, you played a little too fast and loose with the truth when discussing the case of Lt. Col Terry Lakin. Lakin, whom we both recall refused orders to deploy to Afghanistan, cited lingering doubts over the constitutionality of Barack Obama's presidency, and by extension, the legality of his orders to deploy. Before we get started, a word of advice: You should really skip the "Humble Correspondent" bit, your ego is enormous and dwarfed only by Obama's.

WikiLeaks’ Theories Are Full of Holes

On April 5, 2010, a video was released by WikiLeaks which they allege shows US Army aviation units indiscriminately murdering over a dozen innocent Iraqis, including an Iraqi stringer and his driver who were employed by Reuters. Their smear campaign, entitled "Collateral Murder" is a biased hit piece lacking any evidence whatsoever.

If at First You Don’t Succeed Barry, Lie, Lie Again

"Part of the undertow in the coming election is going to be, uh, President Obama's leadership. And the Republicans would make a case, and a lot of Independents will buy this argument, listen, he just hasn't been, I mean look at the health care bill, his number one priority and it took him forever to get it through and he had to compromise it to death and a version of... listen, he's a nice person and he's very articulate, this is what's going to be used against him, but he couldn't sell watermelons if you gave him a state trooper and he lied down in traffic." - 3/7/10 - Disgraced ex-journalist Dan Rather speculating on what a failure to pass health care legislation would mean for Obama.

Military Service to Cost an Arm and a Leg Under ObamaCare

As the dust settles over one of the most contentious debates in US history, many of the nation's veterans are wondering what ObamaCare means specifically for them, given their unique situation and the social compact they made with their government to care for them in return for their service and quite possibly their lives. Considering that there are over 26 million living veterans, most of whom participate in either Veterans Administration health programs or Tricare, any legislation to drastically alter the nation's health care system will most certainly have an effect on them that is anything but positive.
