Gore has become a multi-millionaire selling climate change since leaving office

The Convoluted Mess of Global Whatever

The concept of man made climate change is faulted from numerous scientific standpoints over and above those recently revealed in hacked emails. But the motive for this deliberate deception is the devil.

Lord Monckton and other scientific (non-kooky) divas point to something quite sinister and frightening. They reveal how the global warming/climate change deception has already benefited and will yield additional enormous financial benefits in the near future to a select inside few. Gore has become a multi-millionaire selling climate change since leaving office. But there’s more! These learned talking heads also point out that the money that fills the coffers of the ordained will come from the taxes and fees paid by our middle class and minimum income folks. Everyone will pay fees of approximately $3000, according to The Heritage Foundation, as their share of energy cost increases when and if legislation, treaties, and EPA regulations are laid down. Taxes will increase exponentially to benefit third world countries being “victimized” by our “pollution”, taxes to subsidize alternative energy source development, cash for caulkers, cash we don’t have for this, and cash we don’t have for that. The end game, then, appears to be the final destruction of the middle class, resulting in an impoverished class and a giant omnipotent federal bureaucracy. But wait; haven’t we already made a multi-billion dollar plunge into alternative energy development when we attempted to divert animal feed into automobile fuel? No one knows, or could possibly find out, the amount of government subsidy involved in reducing the efficiency of our gasoline by 10% while increasing the cost of food that involves corn. Some estimates for the federal subsidy of ethanol production run as high 50 cents per gallon as the cost we pay to enjoy reduced mileage and expensive Fritos. Dr. Phil would ask: “So how’s that workin’ for ya’.” The answer, of course, is that our early plunge into alternative energy to “save the climate” works just exactly like every other federal boondoggle. It failed! Our very own cellulosic ethanol production plant in Georgia has been mute, on Google, since March of 2008. Many gas stations have stopped blending to E10 levels or not at all. Now with Kyoto follow-on/Copenhagen/cap & trade/EPA bizarreness on the horizon to force closure of coal-fired electricity generation (50% of production), forced development of solar and wind (but not nuclear) with no way to distribute it’s output, and other insanity, life, as we know it will cease to exist. The resultant government interference with and control of the very way we live will be oppressive. None of this is needed according to hard (non-computer modeling) science, and not desired by an overwhelming majority of Americans, conservatives or otherwise. And never needs to come to reality, if we place strong men and women of good character and integrity in elected office. Congress still controls the purse strings and can close them and let Americans do what they do best; all we need to do is find those who will respond to us, rather than to the graft, greed, and corruption of the D.C. swamp. American industry has already reached half of the Kyoto goal for reduction of green house gases without government direction and interference. Leave them alone and let them finish the job. M. J.
