The Prayerful Miracle of President Donald Trump Advisor Sam Clovis

The Prayerful Miracle of President Donald Trump Advisor Sam ClovisPrayer was always more powerful than the deceits of the Robert Mueller III ‘Special’ Counsel, and Sam Clovis, former adviser to President Donald Trump, is living proof. While a ravenous and Russian collusion-obsessed mainstream and social media were still (as recently as October) dragging the good name of Sam Clovis through the Mueller mud, President Trump’s advisor and former election co-chair was fighting for his life from a VA hospital bed.

Incredible survival over the past eight months

Clovis credits his beloved wife, Charlotte and the prayers of both friends and strangers for his incredible survival over the past eight months. Miraculously, he’s here today to tell the story of that ongoing survival in his own words through the return of his ‘Impact’ newsletter, which can be found at the Impact website. No one could possibly tell the story better. The upshot of the recovery of Sam Clovis in a series of VA hospitals is really twofold because it speaks directly to the toll exacted against American citizens by the two-and-a-half-year long Mueller ‘Investigation’ and the appalling state of the broken system of VA medical centres, which Clovis is experiencing first hand, right in the ‘Belly of the Beast’:

Life is good—Really

By Sam Clovis “As my dogs might say—Where have you been? Well, I have been fighting my way back from multiple pneumonias, severe chest and spine infections and facing the inevitable reality of what happens to every man sooner or later. In all candor, I have been near death many times over the past eight months. That’s right, I have been in the hospital for more than eight months. As such, one must face one’s mortality sooner or later. I did think that after five years of living out of a pick-up and a suitcase I might have done a better job of anticipating just how debilitating that type of life style might be. Of course, I did not make any of the necessary adjustment that should have been made. I have now found myself in a VA hospital in Sioux Falls, SD. I have gone from Unity Point in Sioux City, IA to Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital in Lincoln, NE, to the Minneapolis VA hospital in Minneapolis, MN to here. I have been intubated at least twice and have been on a ventilator multiple times. I was very sick and, through some miracle (really, your prayers) I came out of the last pneumonia and was breathing room air in just four days. Right after that, I was able to get my tracheotomy tube out and then my feeding tube removed. Your prayers are the reason I was able to recover as well as I did. I started a very rigorous rehab program in Lincoln, but that program was cut short when Tri-Care for Life shipped me off to the VA. I am still not sure how all of this works, but I want you to be assured that I will do what I can to help get the reforms done at the VA that were promised by the President. To date, what has been promised is not what has been delivered. Tri-Care for Life apparently is not really for life. I wonder what Colonel Bud Day would be saying right now. All things being equal, I have been lucky and have lived a very rich and full life. Still, there is still much to be done. Today, I find myself in the untenable position of not being able to get the therapy I need nor the type of circumstances I can find that will allow me to continue to recover. Right now, it looks like I will be stuck here in Sioux Falls until such time as I can figure out how to go home or find a facility that will give me the type of care I need. To date, those accommodations are no where in sight. I am disappointed but I will not be deterred. I will find a solution somewhere along the line. If you have any ideas, I would like to hear them. Don’t get me wrong. Along the way I have been in three different hospital systems and have probably been seen by at least 500 different nurses, aids, etc. I can count on one hand the number of people that I found offensive. As a patient who takes a strong interest in his care, I would suggest that the staff was probably more interested in getting rid of me than me getting rid of them. God Bless you for your prayers. Keep it up, please. “

Having a Cause

“If one is lucky, one might find a cause worth dedicating one’s life to pursuing. I have been lucky enough to have had many causes worth my time and energy. For the first part of my adult life, I was a focused, professional and proficient warrior intent on insuring that the United States was safe in a very unsafe world. “Later on, I was a bit adrift looking for a cause. “Well, today, I have found two such pursuits—agriculture and the attendant rural issues found in that domain and now the need to fix what is wrong with the veterans administration system. “Last week, I took part in a conference call with members of the President’s national advisory committee on agriculture and rural issues. Among its members are the owner of the King Ranch (176K square miles of land), the operator of the largest dairy operation in the world, the owner of the best genetic Black Angus herd in America, etc. Each of these individuals are intent on making sure the President is made aware of all of the issues that are of concern to farmers, ranchers and producers in the country. These are some of the finest people with whom I have ever had the privilege to work. They have stuck with the President even when things looked really bleak.

“If the USMCA and the China deal come through, all the fears of getting our teeth kicked in related to trade issues will come to an end. “America First seems to be working. “The VA is a separate set of issues. “In subsequent newsletters, I will make sure to outline each grievance veterans should have. In Secretary Wilkie’s defense, he was not a Trump guy until he was appointed as Deputy Secretary. “He does not know what the President promised. I assure you he is very quickly going to be informed about exactly what the President said. I ought to know what the President said—I wrote those policies. “
Prayer, Thank God, is more powerful than the Democrats, the media and the Entertainment Industry. Meanwhile, in practical terms, this is what Sam Clovis needs: the ability to go home, or to “find a facility that will give me the type of care I need.” From Sam’s prayerful family and friends, over to you, Mr. President.
