The Silver Cross Mother

Shivering in Novembers cold guns salute our soldiers bold Politicians and dignitaries

amid the war scarred amputees. In Canada Remembrance Day we listen to the piper play The bugle sounds The Last Call then silence descends over all. Silver Cross Mother bravely stands with wreath of poppies in her hands She lays it for her son and others on behalf of all our heroes mothers.
