Weighing in at less than seven pounds, the trimmer features an ergonomic front handle that creates balance, maneuverability and adds to user comfort. While light and maneuverable, the trimmer’s powerful 12-volt motor and easy-to read charging light changes from red to green when the trimmer is ready for use. The battery provides up to 45 minutes of run time.
The trimmer also features the Toro patented bump-feed line advance and no-tools spool replacement for ease of use and maintenance. By simply tapping the trimmer head when more line is needed, you control how much line is used. Replacing trimmer line is simple: just pop off the used spool and snap the new one in place. Each new spool comes pre-wound and ready for use with 20 feet of .050" premium trimmer line. Replacement spools are available from authorized Toro dealers and home centers where Toro trimmers are sold.
