Three Arkansas Shopkeepers Plead Guilty to $400,000 Food Stamp Fraud

Raja Khani Zaman and his two sons, Haroon “Harry” Zaman and Ahmed Zaman, pleadedguilty Wednesday in U.S. District Court to one count of conspiracy to traffic in food stamp benefits through the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).
