Tone deaf regime

We whimpered when the Healthcare Bill was passed behind closed doors with last minute votes purchases and questionable sellouts. We cried over the 38 czar appointments when only 5 were confirmed by the senate. We wept over the loss of jobs and productivity. We wailed over the billions spent on failed stimulus and bankrupt green companies. We screamed at the massive deficit, lack of a federal budget, continued pork barrel projects, and failure of the deficit commission.

Our cries have fallen on deaf ears. This is a regime that is tone deaf to half of the population, the half that pays the bills at that. It is beyond time for taxpayers to revolt. This is a Congress and a White House who are more concerned with their personal agendas than with doing the bidding of the people. We have a country divided with few prospects to bridge the chasm and we are being lead by those who are widening the abyss rather than thinking about spanning it. I've heard lots and lots of talk about Republicans having to bend yet I've seen no signs of the Democrats offering to do the same. We are full speed ahead on the Obama legacy which will impoverish most of us, thus leveling the economic playing fields around the globe. And we sit by like helpless pawns while it happens.
