Truckers Ignored by the Canadian MSM But Admired by the Rest of the World

The jackboot stomping of politicians Justin Trudeau and Doug Ford all over peacefully protesting truckers is fundamentally transforming Canada into an undemocratic police state. Save for a handful of independent news outlets, the mainstream media like the CBC (Canadian Broadcasting Corporation) are protecting the government rather than the citizenry in their coverage of Freedom Convoy 2022. The Land of the Maple Leaf is going down fast, and the mainstream media, having been turned into serfs by the Canadian federal government who bought them all off before the last two federal elections don’t give the proverbial Tinker’s Damn. The first smiles we saw from Canadians in almost two years came from the truckers and their supporters out protesting in Canada’s bitter Winter cold.

Up to now, Canadians—government forced to wear Covid face masks— couldn’t show their smiles. Smiles in Ontario, Canada’s largest province, are hidden, thanks to the overreach of draconian Doug Ford’s restrictions cannot be seen—even to this present day! It is the hundreds of thousands of protesting truckers and supporters fighting for freedom who give Canadians and citizens oppressed by tyrannical governments worldwide, their first sign of hope. Yet Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, elected only in minority status a mere five months ago, calls truckers and their supporters, extremists, misogynists and racists, claiming that they are only “a small fringe”. In my opening paragraph, I referred to both Trudeau and Ford as “politicians”, rather than their titles of Canadian prime minister and Ontario premier. Calling them by their titles is a potentially dangerous thing, because both of them are already legends in their own egotistical minds. What kind of prime minister would insult the people he was elected to serve with such defamatory names? What kind of premier would steal millions of dollars in donations to the truckers—and then openly brag about it on national television. Trudeau and Ford, that’s who! For people in other countries who may not have known much about this cringeworthy duo before the truckers protest, this is what they are known for. Trudeau: For stretching his feet out at G7 and other sombre events to show off his signature socks—and that’s not even to mention the costumes he packed for himself and his family during his 2018 tour of India; photos of him with tongue sticking out from gaping mouth in Black Face.

Before positioned by former aide Gerald Butts to become leader of Canada’s feckless Liberal Party, Trudeau’s job resume included stints as Drama 
Teacher and Snowboard Instructor with no business acumen of which to speak. Some claim that Trudeau, who cashed in on his late father’s fame as Prime Minister PET (Pierre Elliott Trudeau), is in fact, the illegitimate son of Cuban dictator Fidel Castro. He was photographed crying copious tears at the news of Castro’s death as if he were the dictator’s mourning son. Doug Ford: The most recent photo of Ford depicted him helmeted and wearing winter snowmobile gear last weekend. When a reporter asked him about his whereabouts last weekend during the truckers’ protest, he answered that he was on the phone “almost 24/7”. Ford snowmobiled into the Ontario premiership on the ‘Ford Nation’ popularity created by his late bother, Toronto Mayor Rob Ford, loved by his supporters even through his crack smoking days! Rob Ford was unpretentious and all heart. His brother, Doug, a former Toronto city councillor, all smoke and mirrors, rode into his premiership—posing as a Conservative, who was soon to hook up with the hypocritical Trudeau. When Covid first hit, Ford taped an online video of himself making a cherry cheesecake he said he learned from his Mother. These, Freedom Fighters of the world are the two politicians running the show in Canada. So far this is what their Canadian ‘governing’ is doing to the protesting truckers: Calling them vile names; stealing their money sent by donors from two crowd sourcing platforms; dispatching cops to cart away their firewood; relieving them of their propane and heating oil, hinting that their children could be taken away, threatening them of government seizure of their rigs, $100,000 fines, a year in jail, and lifetime loss of their driving licenses and insurance. But even with the Canadian mainstream media patently ignoring all of this, freedom lovers, including courageous Canadian ones, as they do for so many other things, can count on the country next door, about whom it is truly said that “Without America there is no Free World”.

You can just picture a transportation secretary, little Pete Buttigieg jumping up and down, shaking his little hands, screaming at the truck drivers, get off my bridge, you guys, get off my bridge right now! “This is not how confident people talk. These are squeaks of impotence. Our leaders are furious at the truckers because they know that there’s not a lot they can do about the truckers. They don’t know anything about trucks, for one thing. How do you get a truck off a bridge, especially when it has no fuel or tires? They have no idea You just order someone to do it. It’s kind of like an Uber eats. Some guy trots out and removes the truck. The problem is, the people who drive the trucks don’t feel like following orders anymore. “If you actually want to move a big rig, you need tow truck operators. And those tow truck operators know truckers. They know truckers are not a racist. They are not Nazis no matter how many times Joe Biden and Justin Trudeau claim they are. So some of them aren’t inclined to help. “This afternoon the Prime Minister of Canada clearly who is Fidel Castro’s illegitimate son, came out from hiding to threaten the protesters directly. JUSTIN TRUDEAU: If you join the protests because you are tired of COVID, you now need to understand that you are breaking laws. The consequences are becoming more and more severe. You don’t want to end up losing your license, end up with a criminal record, which will impact your job, your livelihood, even your ability to travel internationally including to the U.S.

Only Justin Trudeau is allowed to do that. Which he has done for more than a year. So what are we watching here? It’s more than hypocrisy. What we are watching is panic. Justin Trudeau knows that nobody joined the protest because they are "tired of COVID." They are tired of tyranny. “We also know that what they told us to do didn’t work. The lockdowns didn’t work. “Here is Ontario's premier Doug Ford. He announced today that instead of lifting his useless mandates, he’s going to steal the truckers money, fine them, and send them to jail. “DOUG FORD: There will be consequences for these actions. And they will be severe. We’ve already started by going after the money funding the illegal occupation. Yesterday an Ontario court granted our request to freeze the funds from GiveSendGo for the convoy. Fines for non-compliance will be severe with a maximum penalty of $100,000 and up to a year imprisonment. We will also provide additional authority to consider taking away the personal and commercial licenses of anyone who doesn’t comply with these orders. “When you start making threats like that, you’ve already lost. What you are showing is that you are impotent and that is why you are unreasonable. That is why you are hysterical. When you start stealing things from people, outside of the law, speaking of the law, everybody knows you are weak.

The upside in all of this is that politicians like Trudeau and Ford come and go, their words soon lost and forgotten over time. The heartfelt words of little kids who recognize the truckers as heroes will endure long after the truckers protest wins people their freedom back:”Mr. and Mrs. Trucker, look up to the stars. We believe in you.”
