Trudeaumania and The Cult of Personality

I would hardly consider the Trudeaus a model for raising a family. Justin Trudeau, the new darling of the media, is all star power and no substance. He is essentially a by-product of his father Pierre who, as Prime Minister, destroyed the moral fabric of Canada by liberalizing Canadian regulations on the matters of contraception, divorce, homosexuality, gross indecency and abortion.

Justin has put forth no in-depth analysis on any issue. Yet he is out pushing abortion, homosexuality and same-sex marriage. Last year he suggested he would support the separation of Quebec if Canada moved to restrict abortion or same-sex marriage. He is a Quebecer, not a Canadian. With virtually no experience the younger Trudeau does possess (like his father) a certain charisma which, in today’s media driven "cult of personality" society, is all one needs to get elected.
