Trump/Sessions proposed cancellation of DACA in six months is brilliant both legally and politically.
Obama acted illegally in granting amnesty to illegal aliens mostly now between the ages of 18-35. The Schemers, not Dreamers.
A court has ruled that Obama overstepped his presidential executive powers in this amnesty executive order.
Attorney General Sessions and President Trump are merely enforcing the law and supporting law-abiding working Americans, both white+ minorities, especially members of the black and Latino communities who are American citizens or legal immigrants. They ( blacks, Latinos, legal immigrants) don't like these illegal Schemers jumping the immigration queue, whereas they, where applicable, followed legal immigration procedures.
They don't like these illegal Schemers taking their jobs or the jobs of their kids and depressing their existing salaries.
They don't like certain illegal Schemers who break the law and are drug dealers, criminals or rapists or gangbangers who prey on defenseless women.
Trump ran on cancelling DACA. Hillary supported DACA. Trump won. Hillary lost. Trump is keeping his campaign promise. Democracy counts. This is what American democracy is all about.
Trump has handed the legislative reins to Congress to come up with a solution in six months or the cancellation goes into effect. Congress will fail because the majority of Americans including the Democratic base of blacks and Latinos are against DACA for the above reasons.
I predict some Democrats will support Trump' s anti-DACA position or they will lose their Congressional or Senate seats in 2018. Trump has checked mated these clueless liberal Democrats and they are in big political trouble for 2018.
