Two Private Investigators charged for providing false information to clients

(Orillia, ON.) –An investigation by the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Anti-Rackets Branch has resulted in fraud charges for two Ramara Township area residents.

The OPP investigation revealed that clients hired the services of two private investigation companies named Internal Affairs Investigations and World Solutions (2004) Incorporated to investigate the background of certain persons for potential financial wrongdoings. The owners of these two private investigation companies provided the clients with a series of false financial account information on the persons whom they were hired to investigate. As a result of the fraudulent documents provided, the clients acted upon the information received by the accused. The OPP have charged the following persons in relation to this investigation: Cullen JOHNSON, age 60 of Ramara Township owner of Internal Affairs Investigations with two counts of Fraud over $5,000 and Elaine WHITE, age 64 of Ramara Township owner of World Solutions (2004) Incorporated with two counts of Fraud Over $5000.
