The Court makes preliminary remarks and hears the representations of cousel. Plaintiff's [481] Motion to Extend Time is granted. On or before November 24, 2010, the parties shall file either a Stipulation and Proposed Order regarding the Dates of the Taking of the Deposition of Vincent Piazza, or file Status Reports if a deposition date has not been scheduled.
