VATICAN: During First Congregation of Cardinals, Insiders take control of Vatican

So it seems that there was a nefarious motive for calling the First Congregation before the entire College could attend: they voted in 3 of Pope Francis’ closest collaborators to assist Cardinal Farrel in governing the Vatican City State for the next 3 days.

This gives them basically carte blanche to destroy any documents they need to destroy to prevent their own prosecution for crimes during Bergoglio’s antipapacy and papacy.
