Voters say Donald Trump’s speech gave them hope, but one side of the room missed out. Trump said Democrats will never change and last night, they proved him right. Congressman Al Green was screaming and shaking his cane — and he says he’d do it again. All night, Democrats didn’t clap for: catching terrorists, bringing hostages home, destroying the cartels, planting the American flag on Mars, or when Trump announced he was putting a Democrat in charge of ending autism. Democrats used to say they were “for the children,” but they showed zero emotion when Trump invited a girl who was partially paralyzed after a boy spiked a volleyball in her face. They just sat still and seethed when Trump made a 13-year-old cancer survivor an honorary U.S. Secret Service agent. Trump gave Democrats a lot of reasons to clap last night. The only time they did — was to send your money to an unwinnable war on another continent.
