Wake Up America movement has a mission of grass roots democracy in action - for Mass Media Reform & Reforms in Washington D.C. All volunteers who share this cause are welcome to Get Involved.

Just come to W.A.M. website and click menu bar to Get Involved. All who sign in are given several options for how they, as individuals, working through this network, can build practical political skills, impact and influence - by participating in W.A.M. Action Calls. W.A.M. now has a Membership option, also. A small monthly contribution is appreciated - but not required - to assist operating costs and outreach materials. Donations can also be made and are used for Voter Education materials and local/online media exposure about the critical need - and practical ways - to support Mass Media reform. As we enter 2009, and a US presidency based on "Media Malpractice" W.A.M. has a Strategic Plan that can really make a difference in the future of our airwaves. All are welcome to sign in and get involved in the action. Together, we the consumers, who ultimately pay for the airwaves, will begin to exercise our rightful power and start showing Mass Media we are waking up, paying attention and beginning to take charge! W.A.M. also has vital new "Watch Washington" actions planned for the New Year. Our public officials have counted, for too long, on the complacency and naivete of the electorate. This is a primary cause of the corruption which too often leads to irresponsible leadership decisions. With your help, W.A.M. plans to change this - with pubic information campaigns and ongoing updates on activity within the Executive and Legislative branches - that affect the lives of every American and the future of our world at large. Vision Board where we brainstorm actions to take and solutions to our current challenges.
