Want to crush your enemies? Wish their leaders … Nobel Prizes

I do not envy the country, whose leader becomes a Nobel Laureate. The majority of such leaders brought their peoples nothing, but misfortunes, failures, defeats and humiliations.

John Hume, the Leader of the Social Democratic and Labor Party, and David Trimble, the leader of the Ulster Unionist Party received the Nobel Peace Prize in 1998. It was accompanied by mass riots on August, 15th, 1998, killing 29 and injuring more than 200 Catholics and Protestants, children and aged people among them. The "peace process" was in constant crises, and the Northern Ireland Assembly sustained its work many times. Recently Sinn Féin President Gerry Adams repeated that he would demand “the end of the British government intrusion into our country”. Unionists in Ireland are disarmed, Official IRA continues to reject the disarmament plan, and the “Real IRA” threatens to go back to terror. The favorite of the Western mass-media Michael Gorbachev received the Nobel Peace Prize in 1990 for the disintegration of the Soviet Union. In the West "Gorbi" was welcomed as the democratic destroyer of the "Empire of evil". In contrast, he was damned in all of the former republics of the USSR. Disintegration of the Soviet empire brought sufferings to tens millions of simple people. It was accompanied by slaughters and ethnic cleansings, bloody separatist conflicts and massive migrations of population. The Nobel Prize winner Kofi Annan, the former Secretary-General of the United Nations supervised the UN peacemakers in 1994. He did everything but rescue Rwanda Tutsis from genocide, who were ruthlessly massacred by aggressive Hutu before the eyes of all the «progressive community». 800 thousand of killed Africans did not appear in nightmares of the Nobel Peace Prize winner, the son of Black Africa. The President of Rwanda Paul Kagame accused the international community of aiding and abetting of genocide in his country. Yaser Arafat, Yitzhak Rabin and Shimon Peres received the Nobel Prize for «peace agreements» in Oslo. The results of the "peace process" were: ruthless Palestinian terror, lots of victims on both sides, the sufferings of Palestinian Arabs deprived of their right to work in Israel, the atmosphere of horror in Israel, and chaos in the Palestinian territories. As a consequence of Oslo agreements, mutual hatred today is much stronger than in 1993, and real peace looks even more unattainable. The Laureates Nelson Mandela and Frederic Willem de Klerk joined their efforts and put the end to the regime of apartheid. They became heroes in the eyes of all “progressive people”. Today the standard of living among the most part of the black population in SAR is lower than ten years ago. Crime, violence and vandalism reign in the country. The white minority, who produce GDP, leaves the country. In May, 2008 «the black majority», showing the bright examples of “solidarity and humanity”, organized a blood massacre of black migrants from neighboring countries in Johannesburg and Durban. Using bludgeons, stones and knifes locals scared 20,000 Africans into fleeing and 40 people murdered after mass pogroms in Johannesburg in May 2008. Americans agree that the time of the Nobel Prize Laureate Jimmy Carter was one of the most gloomy and shameful pages of the American history. He managed to destroy everything he touched. The economic crisis, the treachery of the Shah and the subsequent disaster in Iran, the Soviet intrusion into Afghanistan, flirting with Fidel Castro's one-party authoritarian state, sympathizing with the «Red Khmers» and the Romanian dictator Nikolae Chaushesku were the features of the policy of this “starry-eyed peacemaker”. Barack Obama is now in this list of peacemakers. He has three years, a lot of time for peacemaking. There may be peace. But after that the world will be razed to the ground …
