Sad truth is that many Democrats want nothing to do with AKA and his Marxist agenda

The Massachusetts election is over. As most are aware, Republican candidate Scott Brown won, even though it was apparently reported by the Boston Globe yesterday that Coakley had won. If the Globe did publish that, it is no longer on their website.

The Scott Brown win, for all the attention Also Known As (AKA) Obama tried to focus on Brown's 2005 GMC Canyon truck, the obvious message intended being that "Brown is one of those backwoods sorts clutching his Bible and his gun", was a stinging indictment of Marxist Obama and Marxists Democrats in Washington DC and across this nation. Let me digress here for a moment. A couple of Democrat friends contacted me after I said the win was a stinging indictment of Democrats and clued me that they did not now, nor had they ever, supported AKA. As such, and in recognition of those who call themselves Democrat but don't support the far-left Marxist policies of AKA, I shall, henceforth, try to remember to call AKA and his ilk, Marxist Democrats, to make the distinction. And the sad truth is that many Democrats want nothing to do with AKA and his Marxist agenda. There was great jubilation, not only in Massachusetts last night, but all across the United States. As most local news stations were not carrying any sort of coverage, many sat glued to their computers waiting for the polls to close and the numbers to start coming in. I was one of those but missed Coakley conceding the race by about 10 minutes. While most already knew, before the late news on their local station, that Scott Brown had taken the seat, local stations were rather devoid of information concerning this momentous event; if they mentioned it at all, their lack of enthusiasm was obvious; their obvious disappointment that Brown had won a little hard to miss. Compared to their on-going coverage of the Haiti situation, the contrast was striking, especially in lieu of the import this election has for the American people. First, the taking of the governorships in historically Democrat strongholds, Virginia and New Jersey, now the taking of the Massachusetts Senate seat of Ted Kennedy, historically held by Democrats. The stinging indictment of the Marxist agenda of AKA and his minions in Congress cannot be more evident. The American people are angry and frustrated about the …
  • trampling of the Constitution and Bill of Rights, both by AKA and Congress, including the question of AKA's eligibility to the office of president;
  • colossal spending coming out of DC while Americans are losing their jobs, as a result their homes and their ability to provide even the barest of necessities for their families;
  • AKA deathcare bill that Congress is intent on shoving down the throats of the American people although 70% have stated, emphatically, that they do not want it;
  • approximately 45,000,000 illegal aliens in this country about which Congress and AKA have done nothing but suggest amnesty for;
  • failure to secure our wide-open border with Mexico, making our country vulnerable to terrorists as well as illegal aliens;
  • the obvious lack of leadership coming out of Washington DC;
  • the bowing in fealty before foreign leaders by the occupier of the White House; usurper of the Oval Office;
  • the denigrating of America and the American people by AKA to foreign leaders and foreign people while in foreign lands;
  • the partying going on in the White House while the American people suffer because of what Congress and the White House have done;
  • the jetting around the country, entourage in tow, to tell the American people how AKA's Marxist agenda will be good for them.
That anger is boiling over because Congress has refused to listen to the concerns and will of the American people; the result is resounding defeats that not even vote fraud can overcome. "Throw them all out" has become the battle cry of the American people, tired of "hope and change" built on the Marxist ideals of slavery and oppression! Have the Marxists learned anything, however, from the defeats in Virginia, New Jersey and now Massachusetts? Hard on the heels of the Brown win in Massachusetts last night, came a message from Senator Maria Cantwell (D-WA) this morning, trying to explain to the people of Washington State how the AKA deathcare bill will be good for them. Quite obviously, Cantwell hasn't got the "we don't want government-run healthcare" message that her constituents have sent her. But, quite obviously, Cantwell and her comrades realize their seats are in jeopardy, thus the "AKA deathcare will be good for you" message. Cantwell truly does believe that, as one of the "anointed", she truly does know better than the people what they need. Senator Patty Murray (D-WA), up for re-election this year, feels the same way. She is so in-tune with the people, so concerned about representing the people, that she has amassed a campaign war chest of close to $1 million comprised of special interests, political action committees (PACs) and out-of-state contributions. Jubilation is rippling across America today, but our work has just begun. We must not slack off, we must not believe that all is now well. Contenders are coming out of the woodwork to declare their candidacy against incumbents. Discernment is crucial to choosing a candidate that will represent the people, not the DC political machine, big-moneyed interests, and old money. We need representatives who …
  • understand the Constitution and Bill of Rights;
  • take their oath of office to protect and defend the Constitution and Bill of Rights against all enemies, foreign and domestic, seriously;
  • who live and practice their principles in the halls of government.
In short, we need statesmen to represent us in the halls of government. We have a lot of work to do. Our freedom hangs in the balance. Following in the footsteps of John Paul Jones, "We have only just begun to fight."
