We the citizens of the United States of America will have the government we deserve on January 3, 2027. Whether you, as an individual American voter, have the government you wanted is another question entirely.
"If you do not take an interest in the affairs of your government, then you are doomed to live under the rule of fools." – Plato
"Silence in the face of evil is itself evil. Not to speak is to speak, and not to act is to act. God will not hold us guiltless." ~ Dietrich Bonhoeffer
First, if you failed to vote, you relinquished your right to whine about the results. To paraphrase Bonhoeffer: not to vote is to vote for what you don’t want. Failure to vote means that deep down in your very being you simply don’t give a rat’s ass about government.
Second, if you did your civic duty and voted, and what and who you voted for didn’t make it, thank you for voting. I am sorry for you. However, the next question to ask yourself is whether you could have done more to help achieve your desired outcome. If the answer is yes, remember that for the next election cycle. If the answer is no, thank you for your efforts.
"The power under the Constitution will always be in the people." ~ George Washington
Third, if you did your civic duty and voted, and what and for whom you voted did make it, thank you also for voting. I am glad for you. The next question is: could you have done any more to help achieve your desired outcome? If the answer is yes, remember that for the next election cycle because citizen participation will always be important. If the answer is no, thank you too for your efforts.
Under the United States Constitution, voting is a right, a privilege, and a responsibility for every adult citizen of America.
However, for a voting system to be valid and ethical, we must know who is voting, and for federal elections, we must know that they are American citizens.
“A leader in the Democratic Party is a boss; in the Republican Party he is a leader.” ~ Harry S. Truman,
“We're in a situation where we have put together, and you guys did it for President Obama's administration before this, we have put together, I think, the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics." ~ Joe Biden
“Show me a man that gets rich by being a politician, and I'll show you a crook.” ~ Harry S. Truman
Both former Democrat Presidents Harry Truman and Joe Biden have voiced the character, ethics, and nature of the Democrat Party. Recent events, such as Democrats refusing to support the voter identification legislation, further validate the Truman and Biden statements about the character and ethics of the Democrat Party as a whole. The only possible reason Democrats are refusing to support issues that 80% of Americans are in favor of is that they are crooks (Truman’s term) and want to ease the ability to commit voter fraud (Biden’s term).
Make no mistake, there are Republican crooks in Congress as well as Democrat crooks. I have little doubt that there are Republican crooks that are happy that Democrats are getting the blame for stonewalling the voter identification legislation, so they don’t have to reveal their true position on the matter.
No matter how you voted, or didn’t vote, the 80% of American patriots must hammer the current Congress to pass the Save America Act before January 3, 2027.
