We’ve heard the DNC was low on cash, but this is truly unique.
We have four people covering the convention. However, I just got their press credentials: one set. One pass admits two people into certain areas and the other pass admits two to another area. In other words, they have to SHARE! Also there are four credentials and only two press bags for them.
Each bag contains one lanyard and press pass case, two local Charlotte publications, “The Awesome Mini Game Pack”, a collapsible water bottle, a pedometer, an ad for Madeleine Albright’s pin collection at a local museum (you can also buy her book there), a hand fan (hopefully the a/c will be on in the hall…), an iPad case from Belk, the canvas carrying bag itself, and one 7.5 oz. can of Diet Coke.
Yes, we have two of these bags for four to share.
