What did the Quebec premier think was going to happen when there was such strong opposition, to the point of cancellation, of the first pipeline, Energy East, proposed across Quebec? ( no appetite for pipelines )
Then the illegal blockades by Indigenous groups affecting the entire country without any real Federal level of intervention?
Why would any investors want to put money into Canada when there is no government support for the projects, with actual government level impediments thrown up, and a general lack of law enforcement from the higher powers?
Even the Average Guy can figure this one out!
