With the shocker now settling in that the popular Fox News host Tucker Carlson has been fired and his show canceled, conservative Americans are now realizing that a significant source of what they consider unbiased information no longer exists.
With rumors that the 787 million dollar defamation settlement with Dominion Voting Systems had nothing to do with Tucker's departure, questions regarding the exact reasons Fox decided to cut ties with its number one news show fly in all directions.
What is known is that Carlson was unaware of his eminent termination as of Friday's final show. We also know that the "Swamp" wanted Carlson's head for airing the tape of the January 6th riot.
Carlson's departure is a clear victory for leftist censorship. With the 2024 election taking shape, Carlson would have been a voice for those on the right seeking information. That will no longer be the case.
Conservatives who relied on Carlson as the lone voice in a sea of liberal leftist media are now without a reliable news source. Couple that with the fact that the Department of Justice and the IRS are being used as legal and political weapons of mass destruction against perceived enemies of Democrats, things are looking up for the Biden 2024 campaign.
One essential strategy that all dictatorship governments have used in the last two hundred years to control a population is the threat of actual imprisonment or financial punishments for speaking out against the regime. At the same time, another tactic is the cancelation of all opposition news sources. Both have now been accomplished by the Biden administration.
With the February 2021 death of famed radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh, Carlson was regarded as the premier reference for conservatives looking for news that impacted their lives. Conservatism is not yet dead but it is systematically being liquidated through a sinister system of censorship, disinformation, and condoned lawlessness.
