When It Comes to the Weather Networks No News Is Good NewsMore folk talk more about the weather than they do about President Donald Trump, Pencil Neck Adam Schiff ; everybody and everything in between. When you don’t know what to say upon running into a stranger on the front steps of your Sunday church, “Nice day, eh?” will always see you through. The weather, as Napoleon could attest, has always played a prominent part in our lives.
Most motorists don’t just click on to the WeatherNetworks before taking to the roads to visit relatives for Thanksgiving, or on other holidays because they do it every day by natural rote. Ditto for pedestrians who don’t want to get caught in a rainstorm, and all of those who never venture far from home without their trusty umbrellas. But even as you’re trying to assure your children that you and they will still be around 8 years from now in spite of all of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s and the Squad’s dire warnings about life on Earth about to come hurtling to an end, the weather networks have become the prime Cassandra call for global warming/climate change. It’s not the weather snowing the masses in, but Greta and Al Gore snowing them in, and getting rich while doing it. hacktivists at the weather networks know that untold millions are checking in on them before starting out each day. Now that they have the attention of the masses, they choose to propagandize them. Typical, run-of-the-mill video message on weather networks: “WATCH BELOW: 2019 ISN'T OVER YET, AND IT'S ALREADY SHAPING UP TO BE ONE OF THE HOTTEST EVER.” (Weather Network, Nov. 23, 2019)

Tell that to the millions living in regions buried in November snows. And just to think you only checked in on the weather forecast just to see if was calling for rain. The kill switch for relief from fake news is changing the channel or not tuning in to cable television networks in the first place. But tuning in instead to find out what the weatherman is saying gets you the same thing. This is the weather from Pelmorex Weather Networks Inc. today: ‘Harvard vs. Yale football game disrupted by climate change protesters’. “The annual Harvard vs. Yale college football game was delayed at the start of the second half by students, faculty, and alumni who were protesting the investments that the universities have made in oil and gas companies.” (Weather Network, Nov. 23, 2019) Couldn’t they have sent in letters to their head honchos or protested at any other than game time? No, because it doesn’t boost their ratings.

“The protestors from both schools occupied the field in New Haven, Connecticut on Saturday and held signs that read “Nobody wins: Yale & Harvard are complicit in climate injustice.” (Weather Network) “This movement within the Ivy League community has been gaining momentum over the past few years and influential graduates from Harvard, including Natalie Portman and Robert Kennedy Jr, have called on one of the world’s richest universities to divest from fossil fuels. “The Harvard vs. Yale football game is one of the most historic rivalries in the United States, which made it a prime opportunity for the protestors.”
Make that was “one of the most historic rivalries in the United States”, before opportunist protesters took over.
“The protest lasted approximately 40 minutes before the field was cleared at about 2:40 p.m. Eastern Time and the football game resumed after that. (Weather Network) CBS News reports that at least 50 people were escorted off the field by police 30 minutes after the protests began.”
Meanwhile, for your own peace of mind, always take the sometimes right—but more often wrong—weatherman with a grain of salt, bearing in mind that when it comes to the weather, “No News Is Good News”.
