White wash in IRS targeting Tea Party scandal

They said they did it. The IRS acknowledge targeting Tea Party groups. They even apologized.

But now, after the white wash, there will be no prosecution. How is that possible? We have a right to expect crimes to be prosecuted. Clearly, there was a crime here. This is unacceptable. We are living in a climate where denial or refusal to talk, like Lois Lerner, seems to make any matter disappear. Saying it didn't happen doesn't make it so. Real investigation by people seeking the truth is the answer. Not a fake investigation to placate the people. The election is over, the goal was accomplished, no story here, time to move along.
