Who can we hold responsible for this kind of WASTE? I am livid with our government

I forward this article to those I feel will not only act on the travesty of what it contains, BUT start to put more accountability in departments involved with this scandalous discovery. I suspect the Liberals would like nothing more than for this to just blow away – never to be known – but perhaps asking our PM just what the ‘heck’ is going down under his ‘charge’ would be worth it all. Please read this article and act on it in any manner, in the name of Canadian citizens who put so much trust in our government. Today, I lost a lot of faith in our federal system. I hope you can find a way to make this restore it with doing something right.

CBC News reported Wednesday that last year, the government of Canada threw out two million N95 masks and 440,000 medical gloves when it shut down an emergency stockpile warehouse in Regina. A spokesperson for the Public Health Agency of Canada, which oversees the stockpile, said in an email that the masks and gloves had been purchased in 2009 and "had passed the limit of five years for their use, as recommended by the manufacturer."
