Twitter Files Part 3 supposedly reveals what led to President Donald Trump’s removal from the $44-billion social media platform that millions are talking about.
Indeed, Twitter has transitioned over, in more ways than one to “THE News”.

But what kind of credibility do Twitter and its supporters have when reading in this Fox News latest report on Twitter:
“Taibbi reported that executives at Twitter "started processing new power" following their decision to ban Trump, indicating they were "prepared to ban future presidents and White Houses – perhaps even Joe Biden. The ‘new administration,’ says one exec, ‘will not be suspended by Twitter unless absolutely necessary.’” (Fox News, Dec. 9, 2022)

Oh, cut us a break Matt Taibbi and Fox News!
This “delving into what led to the removal of former President Trump's account” from Twitter comes down to what Twitter is ‘saying’ and what they are actually not ‘doing’.
How easy is it for Twitter to profess they were "prepared to ban future presidents and White Houses – perhaps even Joe Biden”?
The booting of Donald Trump off Twitter all went down while millions were claiming to be anti-Trump because of his “mean Tweets”. Twitter, (along with the mainstream media, Google and other social platforms) by cutting off his ability to reach supporters, at least partially cost Trump his re-election.
So much for professing to lead the battle to bring back Free Speech!

It is true that New CEO Elon Musk officially extended an invitation to Trump to return to Twitter, now that it was under new management. How generous (Not!) because Trump would now be returning, not as president but only as a private citizen. Trump would be accorded the same status as the countless celebrities who use Tweets to slander and defame their enemies.
On the surface Twitter’s offer to bring Trump back on their platform seems nothing more than empty words.
Now Taibbi and Fox want the masses to believe that Twitter is prepared “to ban future presidents and White Houses – perhaps even Joe Biden” from their platform.
Sure!

“On Thursday, Weiss revealed Twitter's efforts to suppress prominent conservatives, a resurfaced September 2018 clip of Dorsey's testimony to a congressional committee was asked point-blank whether Twitter "censors" its users.
"She pointed to Stanford University's Dr. Jay Bhattacharya, a longstanding opponent of COVID groupthink during the pandemic who expressed opposition to lockdowns.
"Twitter secretly placed him on a 'Trends Blacklist,' which prevented his tweets from trending," Weiss reported.
"She reported that Fox News host Dan Bongino was placed on a "Search Blacklist" and Twitter had Turning Point USA's Charlie Kirk on "Do Not Amplify."
"Weiss also detailed Twitter's actions towards popular viral personality Libs of TikTok, revealing that despite the numerous punishments the account faced for alleged "hateful conduct" policy violations, Twitter internally admitted Libs of TikTok had not done so.
“Taibbi, who published the first installment of the "Twitter Files," addressed what led to Twitter censoring the Hunter Biden laptop story during the 2020 presidential election.

“However, it was later revealed that Jim Baker, Twitter's deputy general counsel, had vetted the first batch of "Twitter Files" without Musk's knowledge, which led to his termination.
“While revealing internal discussions over how to explain Twitter's suppression of the Hunter Biden laptop story, Baker told his colleagues, "I support the conclusion that we need more facts to assess whether the materials were hacked" but added "it's reasonable for us to assume that they may have been and that caution is warranted."
“Additionally, Taibbi initially reported, "Although several sources recalled hearing about a ‘general’ warning from federal law enforcement that summer about possible foreign hacks, there’s no evidence - that I've seen - of any government involvement in the laptop story."

Meanwhile it’s becoming easier to see how Twitter and Biden share much in common
“At the time, Twitter Safety alleged that the articles were in violation of its "hacked materials policy." Twitter's then-CEO Jack Dorsey admitted his companies actions were a mistake.
“Some critics believe the suppression of the Hunter Biden scandal by Big Tech and the media at large was enough to sway the election in favor of his father.”
Meanwhile it’s becoming easier to see how Twitter and Biden share much in common: Neither one will ever be held accountable for the grievous harm that was done to America.
As for Twitter execs being prepared to ban future presidents and White Houses – “perhaps even Joe Biden” from their platform?
We’re waiting, Mr. Musk, we’re waiting.
