Who is guarding the guards?

There must have been concern about a breach of ethics when the State Department required Hillary Clinton to sign a pledge prior to becoming Secretary of State. The pledge required review of the Clinton Foundation and pre-approval of new donors.

Now that the Foundations have confirmed that they did not abide by the agreement, the State Department has decided not to review the situation. Could anything me more blatant? She lied, and our government is providing her cover. Is this anyone who deserves to be president? Just when we thought things couldn't get any worse, it appears that they can. As Edmund Burke asked, "Who is guarding the guards"? I would only add that if, we the people don't rise to that challenge, we are surely lost. There must be consequences to breaches of contract and for betraying the public trust. Jean Arcamone Englewood, FL
