WHO’S “Disease X”, The Clarion Call To The Masses To Hear The Bells Tolling

“In a quiet, unheralded update to the White House website, the Biden administration has released the wicked plan to implement the World Health Organization (WHO) Pandemic Treaty that the U.S. Senate has not even approved. The White House is calling this treaty a “Pandemic Agreement” to bypass the Senate’s constitutional authority. But whether Joe Biden or anyone else calls the WHO pandemic documents a “treaty” or an “agreement,” the fact remains that if Joe Biden signs these WHO documents when the World Health Assembly convenes on May 27, just two days from now, these documents and all the actions they demand will be enforceable under international law.” (Matt Staver, May 25, 2024)

“The official U.S. Senate website succinctly lays out the congressional body’s rights and responsibilities regarding international treaties and agreements.

“Per the website: “The United States Constitution provides that the president ‘shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two-thirds of the Senators present concur.’ (Article II, section 2). Treaties are binding agreements between nations and become part of international law. Treaties to which the United States is a party also have the force of federal legislation, forming part of what the Constitution calls ‘the supreme Law of the Land.’”

“The same Senate website goes on to note that “[I]n recent decades, presidents have frequently entered the United States into international agreements without the advice and consent of the Senate. These are called ‘executive agreements.’ Though not brought before the Senate for approval, executive agreements are still binding on the parties under international law (emphasis added).

“On May 27, the WHO will hold its annual World Health Assembly (WHA) to approve a series of documents the WHO has titled “The WHO Pandemic Preparedness Treaty”.

“Joe Biden’s White House, however, continues to lie to the American public, calling these documents a “Pandemic Agreement” for the express purpose of skipping his constitutional DUTY to receive Senate approval.

“Now Biden is racing ahead of Senate approval to IMPLEMENT the WHO Treaty even before he signs it!”

“In a fact sheet released April 16, 2024, the White House “launched the U.S. Global Health Security Strategy (GHSS) to protect the health, lives, and economic well-being of the American people and people throughout the world.”

“While the fact sheet does not specifically mention the WHO or that globalist body’s Pandemic Treaty or revised IHR, the document details how the administration is already instructing various executive branch agencies to implement policies that are within those WHO “agreements.”

“A separate publication released by the White House entitled “U.S. Government Global Health Security Strategy 2024” tips Biden’s hand, stating, “The United States is supporting efforts to strengthen global policies and legal preparedness, including negotiating a Pandemic Agreement and targeted amendments to the IHR, as these two instruments have the potential to provide the international community with the opportunity to establish a shared path forward for preventing, preparing for, and responding to international health emergencies.” (emphasis added)

As the World Health Organization readies to inflict its authority regarding health over all world citizens with a new-named ‘treaty’, now passed off as “amendments” and “agreements”, it becomes crystal clear what the powers that be are really up to:

“On the eve of the vote on the WHO’s Global Pandemic Treaty, FDA Commissioner Dr. Robert Califf issued a stark warning on capitol hill surrounding Bird Flu:

“This virus, like all viruses, is mutating,” he told the policymakers. “We need to continue to prepare for the possibility that it might jump to humans. [The] real worry is that it will jump to the human lungs where, when that has happened in other parts of the world… the mortality rate has been 25 percent. We gotta have testing, gotta have anti-virals and we need to have a vaccine ready to go.”

“Dr. Peter McCullough points out that a mutated bird flu pandemic would serve several of the globalists’ goals and could be an imminent reality:

Bill Gates and the World Economic Forum (WEF) believe we should reduce our reliance on animal food products as part of their globalist views. Thus, a food scare in westernized countries with market recalls and destruction of poultry and meat would further dystopian goals for the Davos club.

If more cases occur in clusters or bona fide outbreaks with human-to-human transmission, we could be well on our way to a 2024 avian influenza pandemic crisis.

After the rollout of the COVID Plandemic, we now all know that the bell doesn’t toll for them (WEF, WHO, the UN, compromised western governments and the rest of the wicked), it TOLLS LOUDLY FOR UNIVERSAL MANKIND.
