Why Governor Romney?

Dear American friends, Thanks again for allowing me to share my thoughts and concerns with you.

I am so involved in this election, because our country is surviving very difficult times. This election is critical, and whoever is elected, it will affect the future of our nation in a positive or negative way...... forever..! Why should we elect Gov. Romney..? We all know Gov. Romney is great business man with a clear vision and experience to create jobs, but parallel to that, I believe Gov. Romney is a good man who will bring our country together. Here is a thought that perhaps could be of use: "Not all the charity of this world has ever ended poverty." Allow me to explain this. The thoughts of failure, poverty, and limitation, are rooted in the minds of the poor, because the world's governments in some ways have ignored them. This is sad to say, but true! The poor are eager to be seen and counted... but it is easier to appease them with food stamps and other charitable programs, than creating training courses for them to become productive citizens. Therefore, don't give them a fish, but teach them how to fish....! We must never forget, that Socialism and Communism, are the adoptive parents of poverty and abuse. If we don't want our country to fall into these paths, we better pay attention, and bring all Americans together, because, what happens to one of us, in the end, it happens to all of us. No more charities, but give us education, jobs, and opportunities for all Americans to succeed. God bless America, Cecilia Miller Saint Petersburg, Florida
