Yesterday's 600th Sunday

Fellow Veterans and Friends of Veterans Thanks to the loyal and proud few who attended yesterday's Sunday protest against the most corrupt VA in the nation. See attached photos. Let there be no misunderstanding about the success of our Sunday protests ... it's not how many attend, but how many thousands-upon-thousands of cars that pass by and read our few signs and honk and wave in support that really count: "Save Our Veterans Land" ... "Stop the Land Fraud" .... "Enforce the Deed of 1888" ... "Bring Our Homeless Veterans HOME" .... "Stop Inhumane Treatment of Homeless Veterans .... "Prosecute V.A. Criminals" .... etc.

From this corner, and with just a few members of the Old Veterans Guard, there have been three major lawsuits against the VA initiated -- two victories and one pending whenever the VA defendants and U.S. Attorneys Office have the courage to face a Jury Trial that will expose their rampant lies, assault and battery, false imprisonment, violating Constitutional Rights, etc. And we've gotten more than 30 false arrests and prosecutions dismissed, acquitted, not guilty, etc., that were initiated by an out-of-control VA police force and U.S. Attorneys Office, simply for proudly honoring the American Flag and taking photos of unlawful police activity "outside" the VA while the biggest crimes imaginable take place "inside" the VA with absolutely no arrests or prosecution. And for the record, not one Veterans Service Organization (VSO) with their hundreds-of-thousands of members and mega-millions-of-dollars in the bank have ever initiated a lawsuit against the most corrupt VA in the nation for pulling off the biggest land-fraud scandal in American history that is compounded by some of the most heinous crimes against humanity -- against U.S. Military Veterans -- resulting in the shameful defrauding of disabled Veterans of their benefits -- a National Home for housing and caring for disabled and impoverished Veterans. These VSO non-profit organizations boast about being sanctioned by congress and thus answer to congress and are further beholden to special-interest lobbying groups and corrupt politicians.

On the other hand, the OVG is not a non-profit, but a self-funded, peaceful and loyal alliance of like-minded elderly Veterans who answer to the Truth and are beholden only to the best interests of Veterans VA land along with the housing and care of our disabled homeless Veterans. The OVG unconditionally opposes any-and-all non-Veteran entities that illegally occupy Veterans VA land and correspondingly demand that VA Secretary Robert Wilkie immediately issue eviction notices to Brentwood School, Brentwood Village parking, UCLA baseball diamond, City of Los Angeles public dog park, community recreation and parking, Breitburn Energy, Veterans Park Conservancy, 1887 Fund, etc., etc. The OVG calls upon VA Secretary Wilkie to immediately declare our nation's capital for homeless Veterans to be in a "state of emergency" and to immediately establish a "Crisis Humanitarian Relief Tent City" on VA property coupled with an "Operation Search & Rescue" crusade to go into each-and-every community within Los Angeles to "Bring Our Homeless Veterans HOME." The OVG also calls upon VA Secretary Wilkie to immediately cancel the VA's counterfeit "2015 settlement agreement" as well as the feckless "draft master plan," and further directs Congress to repeal the bogus "West Los Angeles Leasing Act of 2016" and replace it with an honest and honorable reinforcement of the Congressional Act of 1887 / Deed of 1888 by reinforcing this land to be "permanently maintained for a National Home for disabled and impoverished Veterans, as well as respectfully providing amenities and services for all Veterans who have served our Country.

The OVG further calls upon VA Secretary Wilkie to start anew without the non-Veteran community's notorious self-serving demands and controls, and instead, wisely and justly plan and establish a new and modern National Veterans Home for Veterans use only. The OVG also calls upon the Department of Justice, FBI, U.S. Attorneys Office to initiate a Federal Grand Jury Investigation into each and every person who has aided and abetted in the defrauding of disabled Veterans of their benefits here in Los Angeles, and fully prosecute and convict all co-conspirators under a multitude of criminal charges with the maximum prison sentences allowable. Absolute Justice for our disabled and impoverished Veterans is long, long, long overdue, and so is prosecuting the "perpetraitors" who schemed and orchestrated the biggest land-fraud scandal in American history compounded by heinous and inhumane treatment of those who pledged their lives in defense of our nation's peace and freedom. It's way past time to clean house at the most corrupt VA in the nation and to reestablish this sacred sanctuary with a foundation of Military-style leadership, respect, discipline and decorum.
