The Francis-Obama strategy now in effect:

Radical politics of Canadian Bishops seeks to turn Canada over to the lib-left

The first obvious outcome of the Barack Obama-celebrated Pope Francis ‘Laudato Si ‘encyclical on the environment will be the return of the Lib-left as the Government of Canada. It’s official, proof of which can be found online in the Canadian Council of Catholic Bishops (CCCB) 2015 Election Guide at cccb.ca under “publications”. Catholics like me were informed in paraphrased words at Sunday Mass yesterday, that the next four weeks during the federal election campaign, the homilies of all Catholic priests in Canada will abandon the Gospel of Christ for hardline electioneering advising folk to get out and vote Liberal on October 19.
“Our Bishops’ first concern is to remind all Roman Catholics of their duty to become informed, to vote and to be involved politically, at the very least in the sense of knowing the issues and the policies of the parties with regard to them. In recent years many people have expressed frustration and even indulged in cynicism when speaking of politics and politicians (italics CFP’s). Even God’s People, captive in Babylon had to be warned about such attitudes.” (“Being a Good Citizen”, in Choosing a Government) “For the next four weeks, we will publish the Election Guide 2015 in four installments. As stated in the above article from the Deanery, we encourage you to what our Canadian Bishops and their Social Justice Organization has provided for us to reflect upon. “We must demand much more accountability and transparency from our government officials today. The issues are tough and challenging, but we are a people who liv in the land of plenty. This “plenty” is not for us alone. It must be better managed and shared with the citizens of our own country and abroad.” “In recent years many people have expressed frustration and even indulged in cynicism when speaking of politics and politicians”, Your Eminencies? Not the head of the Catholic Church on earth. For Pope Francis seems to be joined at the hip with President Barack Obama and the money-making cabal that claims global warming/climate change is now humanity’s biggest issue of concern.

What qualifies Pope Francis as a self-proclaimed expert on the environment?

The 2015 Election Guide is a joint effort of the CCCB and their development group, Development and Peace. Founded by the Canadian bishops as their official development agency in 1967, Development and Peace has been ensnared in scandal since LifeSiteNews began revealing in 2009 that they were funding over two dozen groups in the developing world that advocate for legal abortion, as well as other activities such as contraception and homosexual “rights”. Other than being in league with Liberal politicians of the day, what qualifications can the bishops claim in advising their flocks how to choose a government? The bishops seem to completely ignore that the Conservative government presently in office was elected by a majority of Canadian voters in 2011. And, for that matter, as a friend pointed out after yesterday’s Mass, what qualifies Pope Francis as a self-proclaimed expert on the environment? Reaction to the 2015 Election Guide has been as slow as many churches are in posting their Sunday bulletins. First off the mark was Barona at the Toronto Catholic Witness blog, who posted, “The 2015 Electoral Guide issued by the CCCB is a betrayal of the unborn and the family ~ they do not even use the word "abortion". In their naked attempts to sell Canada off to the Liberals in the October 19 election, the bishops are being more than conniving. The logo on their election guide by their development group, Development and Peace, Parliament Hill is colored in red and orange--colors of the Liberals and NDP. No Tory blue crayons in their coloring box. Their thrust for Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau for Canadian Prime Minister is subliminal with references to the need in Canada for a “Just Society”, the phrase coined by Justin’s father, Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau back in 1968. In spite of the election engineering going on in our churches, it is more important than ever to remember that it is Jesus Christ, and not the bishops, who is our guide. The devil is not the only one left grinning that the Gospel of Christ will be replaced by election engineering in Canada’s Catholic churches. Both opposition party leaders Justin Trudeau and Thomas Mulcair, Liberal and New Democrat Party, respectively, are shameless supporters of abortion. Indeed, candidates for either party cannot even run for office under their banners unless they promote abortion under the ruse of “choice”. Both Trudeau and Mulcair are Catholic and from Quebec, with Mulcair boasting he is also a citizen of France. In essence, the Liberals and NDP are the frick and frack of Canadian politics and in policy, there is no substantial difference between them. Because they are agreed on forming a coalition if either gains minority status and because the NDP is currently leading election popularity polls, the Canadian bishops, if successful on their Sunday election guide run, will have delivered Canada over to the lib-left. What the Canadian bishops are doing is an affront to Canadian laws: churches, covered under charitable status laws, are not permitted to engage in politics. Meanwhile, their biggest affront is that most Catholics go to Sunday Mass to hear the Holy Gospel, not to be instructed audiences from the pulpit as captive audiences how to vote Lib-Left.
