I'm in the midst of a pretty wonderful conference called SHINE, which is put on by Actors, Models and Talent for Christ - an organization that has been training my son throughout this year in preparation for a career as an actor. In St. Louis: Cop shoots guy who points gun at him; crowds 'demand answers'

If you are a police officer in any city in America, you might as well just shoot yourself right now. Because the way the rules are apparently evolving, you have zero right to defend yourself in any circumstance. Use your weapon to defend yourself against an unarmed guy who is physically assaulting you, you will be called a murderous racist and celebrities will persuade the public to believe the guy put his hands up and said "don't shoot."

That U.S. district judge didn't exactly 'strike down' executive amnesty

A lot of people got pretty excited yesterday over the news that U.S. District Judge Arthur Schwab of Pennsylvania had declared President Obama's executive amnesty unconstitutional. We all know it is, of course, and it's certainly welcome to hear a federal judge say so in the course of ruling on a case.
