Gary Hunt

Gary Hunt was a Professional Land Surveyor. Having been the County Surveyor for Orange County, Florida from 1974 to 1978, he began private practice in 1978 and continued as such until 1993, when events in Waco, Texas caused him to leave his business in pursuit of restoring the Constitution. In 1989, he began researching, investigating and studying history, law and events where the government was "pointing its guns in the wrong direction". He began publishing a patriot newspaper, "Outpost of Freedom", in February 1993. Since that time, he has investigated numerous occurrences, including, Waco, the Murder of Michael Hill, Ohio Militia Chaplain, Oklahoma City Bombing, and other events. He has attended the sites to investigate the events, and has reported on his investigations. He has continued to report on his findings on the Internet, as well as write articles about other current events; about the history of the Revolutionary era; and the founding documents. His Internet home page is outpost-of-freedom.com

Illuminati, or, simply out of their minds?

On January 9, 2014, French President Francois Hollande made a statement regarding those who conducted the attack at Charlie Hebdo, a weekly newspaper known for ridiculing religion, including Islam and Muhammad.

Escalation - What's Next?

We need to get a perspective on the patriot community that has been overlooked, probably because most of the people within our community are, although sincere, focused only where they stand on the "progression of involvement" (See The Other (not so) Thin Line) within their own community. Quite simply, many have still maintained that the election process is able to effect the change that we seek, while ignoring the failure of that process over the past many decades. Next, we have those who have recognized the failure of that process, but don't know where to go. Then there are those who realize that nothing will change without violence, though they are not motivated, for whatever reason, to pursue that objective. Finally, there are those who are ready to act, though they are constrained by their fear of other patriots as much as their fear of the government.

The Declaration of Independence Has Been Outlawed

"[W]hen long trains of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide for new guards for their future security." -- Declaration of Independence, July 4, 1776 With those words, the War for Independence from British Rule began, in earnest. That Declaration of Independence is the premier founding document, for, absent the fortitude of those who supported it, with their lives, fortunes, sacred honor, and their willingness to die in the battle to contest the overreaching authority of British Rule, in violation of the British Constitution, the United States Constitution would never have been conceived. Instead, for the first time in the history of man, the people were the source of the authority that created the government.

Emotions that Led to Secession

On October 16, 1859, John Brown and 18 men took over the Harpers Ferry Armory, in northern Virginia (now West Virginia). His intention was to seize the arms and get them to slaves in the South so that they could rise up against their masters, and kill them. Brown's effort was cut short when he was captured on October 18.

Mark Kessler - Coming Out of the Closet Part 4

Fox News Network's Alan Colmes had a special guest on Tuesday, December 2, 2014. As so often happens on television, the guest was "coming out of the closet", though this had nothing to do with sexual orientation.

Mark Kessler - The "Screw" Turns Part 3

On December 2, 2014, Chief Mark Kessler came "out of the closet" as an FBI informant, or infiltrator. His exact status with the FBI is uncertain, though there is little doubt that he is cooperating with them to expose patriots to criminal prosecution, even to the point of entrapment.

Mark Kessler - Recent Past Part II

Mark Kessler - Recent Past Part I During the events that occurred on the Bundy Ranch in Nevada, Ryan Payne and I were talking about the future of OMA (Operation Mutual Aid). OMA was the first real call to arms on behalf of the Ranch. At the time, OMA's leadership consisted of two people, Ryan Payne and Jerry Bruckhart. The responders were a diverse assemblage of individuals from across the country.

Mark Kessler - A Checkered Past

Mark Kessler - A Checkered Past
Benedict Arnold began his military career with accolades for his ability to gather fighting men and win battles. Somewhere along the line, disenchanted with not receiving the recognition he sought, he switched sides and joined the British against the American colonists. Mark Kessler appears to have been, at least, an advocate of certain rights, though he, with other motivation, turned against American patriots.

Liberty or Laws? "Felon in Possession of a Firearm" is Not Legal or Lawful

There are six provisions of the Constitution that are subject to your consideration and interpretation, when we look into what has become a means of punishment rather than any semblance of Justice -- which was the purpose of the Constitution. We will consider these provisions in light of the historical enactments of "Felon in Possession of a Firearm" laws and their use, today, as a means of punishment of those who have committed no crime, in recent years, though the government has chosen to punish them with both illegal and unlawful prosecution/persecution.

Arbitrary & Capricious Justice?

"Arbitrary and Capricious" is a rather interesting phrase. Most people have never heard of it, so perhaps, it is time to understand what it is and what the legal significance is.

Camp Lone Star – Search Warrant or Fishing license?

After the incident of August 29, 2014, in which BPS Agent Hernandez, who is bound by policy forbidding the firing of weapons upon illegal aliens, though apparently no such policy exists regarding American citizens, fired five shots from 30 feet away, failing to hit John Foerster (Jesus), a total of five weapons were "taken into custody" by the BPS and Sheriff's Deputy. (See Massey's account of incident). There is nothing to suggest that the perpetrator of that incident, Hernandez, had his weapon confiscated. These weapons were the basis for a "Criminal Complaint" issued on October 20, 2014, and lead to the arrest of K. C. (Kevin) Massey on Monday, October 20, and John Foerster, on Tuesday October 21 (See Camp Lone Star – Update #1 on K. C. Massey).

The Bundy Affair - The Revenge of the BLM

The Bundy Affair - The Revenge of the BLM
Do you understand the difference between Rules and Laws? Laws are enacted in accordance with the Constitution, where the House of Representatives and the Senate concur on a Bill. The Bill then goes to the President, who can sign it into law. We needn't discuss veto, here, as that has nothing to do with what we need to understand.

Camp Lone Star - The Arrest K. C. Massey

Yesterday, in the early afternoon, Kevin (K.C.) Massey, 48, was arrested in a motel room near Brownsville, Texas. Massey was one of the organizers of Camp Lone Star, which has been turning back, or turning over to the Border Protection Service (BPS), illegal aliens attempting to cross the Southern border. He was alone when the FBI and BATF arrested him, charging him with Felony Possession of a Firearm. He was convicted in 1988 of burglary - over a quarter of a century ago.

Can Muslims fit into our society?

Can Muslims fit into our society?
The question is rather simple, though the answer may be a bit more complex. However, with the current situation, both here and in Europe, an answer must be sought. If not, we have no means of understanding the severity of the problem, nor can we formulate a solution to the problem.

"No bended knee for me" - the Demonization of Robert Beecher

An article based upon court documents and correspondence from Beecher and others, describing the efforts of the government to turn Beecher into an informant by bringing charges against him, though he did not commit the crime that he is charged with -- by the admissions within the documents. Some excerpts:
...FBI Salt Lake City identifies Robert M. Beecher as a possible associate/member of the West Mountain Rangers 41st Mountain Field Force militia group based out of Montana. This group has a plan identified as "Operation Mutual Aid" in which they want to kidnap a DHS agent in hopes of creating an incident which will cause other militia groups to take supportive actions.
Well, they knew that Beecher was working in Georgia, so I suppose they think he went to Montana on weekends to join a militia that is, well, only for Montanans.
