Why Every Functional Society Needs Fear of God

Why Every Functional Society Needs Fear of GodTo use a twist on an Archbishop Fulton J. Sheen line, millions of people hate what they think Christianity is. Far fewer people hate what Christianity actually is. Bringing this to mind, again, is a comment I recently came across from an avowedly “non-religious” mother who was upset that her seven-year-old’s Mormon best friend wouldn’t stop talking to him about Bible stories and Jesus. “I don’t want him to be religious, honestly,” the woman wrote to an advice columnist in April. “I want him to learn that you should be a good person and do the right thing because it’s the right thing to do, not because God will punish you if you don’t.”

Can We Stop With the 'Indigenous' Bit Already?

Can We Stop With the “Indigenous” Bit Already? It’s amazing how many people are trying to tear down present glories in the name of a past none of them have any interest in going back to. Bringing this to mind is the underreported story of the Canadian church burnings, acts inspired by the claim that Christian-run “residential schools” abused, brutalized and murdered Indian children.

The Truth: Biden is Supposed to DENY HIMSELF Communion

The Truth: Biden is Supposed to DENY HIMSELF CommunionYears ago, because my best friend had some Polish connections, I’d sometimes attend a “Polish” Catholic church in Brooklyn, New York City. Attendance was great enough so that some parishioners had to participate in Mass on the sidewalk, and they, at the appointed times, would kneel down on the pavement as those inside the church knelt in their pews. But something else that occurred would’ve also been striking to too many American Catholics:

How the Left Plans on Putting Boots on the Ground to Subdue Middle America

How the Left Plans on Putting Boots on the Ground to Subdue Middle AmericaIt was said during our Mideast military adventures, and has been considered a truism of war, that you can't really win a conflict without "boots on the ground." For it's difficult to completely subdue a people from afar. It may not be too different with battles for civilization.  I stated in 2012, addressing a long-developing reality, that the culture war was over as the Left had achieved social dominance. "What is occurring now is a pacification effort," I wrote — one designed to stamp out the "conservative" guerrilla-group diehards.

Twitter Suspends Me for Criticizing Cardi B

Twitter Suspends Me for Criticizing Cardi BPoliticians such as Maxine Waters can praise and encourage BLM/Antifa violence via Twitter, and they still have access. Iran’s Ayatollah Ali Khamanei can send anti-Jewish and anti-Israel tweets, and he’s still on the platform. But dare criticize rapper Cardi B over her depraved 2021 Grammy Awards “performance” featuring her song, “WAP,” which itself would have been censored pre-Sexual Devolution, and that’s a suspension for you. That’s what happened to me, anyway — ironically, while I was crafting a magazine essay on cancel culture. So, hey, sort of like a researcher in the midst of a set of experiments who then finds out he’s going to be one of the test subjects, Twitter gave me some very timely and personal material a day before my article deadline.

Conservatives Need to Start Taking No Prisoners and Claiming Scalps

Conservatives Need to Start Taking No Prisoners and Claiming ScalpsOne reason conservatives never saw a culture war they couldn’t lose is that they insist on using Queensberry rules, even as the Left fights no-holds-barred. Consider, for example, two scenarios. When leftists discover someone “committing conservatism” — such as when former Mozilla CEO Brendan Eich was found to have donated $1,000 to California’s Proposition 8 — they accept nothing less than the person’s termination. In fact, they never want him to work again. Ergo “cancel culture.”

The Fight That Lies Between Status Quo and Secession

The Fight That Lies Between Status Quo and SecessionWith a stolen election, stolen culture, stolen courts and stolen dreams, many Americans are realizing that rule by the Left, absolutely corrupt even without absolute power, is unthinkable. Talk of secession, something continually entertained in various states throughout history, is again in the air. The problem is that for the most part, we’ve been supinely submissive in the face of burgeoning leftist tyranny. So it would help if there were something between secession and our current slouching toward servitude. And there is.

The Time for Talking with the Left is Long, Long Past

The Time for Talking with the Left is Long, Long Past"People who cannot be reasoned with can only be fought." It's an age-old truth, one good people ignore at their own peril. It too often is ignored, though, since good people are mostly reasonable and, in accordance with man's nature, engage in projection. They thus assume that others are as reasonable as they are.  It's reasonable to assume that mentioning right now the futility of reasoning with the Left is motivated by the election. It's also, in my case, untrue. I've for decades recognized that devout leftists, emotion-driven and vice-ridden, operate by occultist Aleister Crowley's "principle," "Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the law." But now, with the Left stealing an election after have stolen our whole culture and increasingly achieving its ends through violence, more people may accept this message.

Me, Über Alles: The Unknown Reason Politicians Break Their Own Lockdown Rules

Me, Über Alles: The Unknown Reason Politicians Break Their Own Lockdown RulesThere's hypocrisy, damned hypocrisy, and the actions of statist politicians.  Most of us have seen the pictures or heard the stories. Governor Gavin Newsom, Rep. Nancy Pelosi, Sen. Diane Feinstein and other leftists have been caught blithely breaking the very COVID-1984 restrictions they self-righteously visit on the citizenry. In the case of Denver mayor Michael Hancock, he recently flew to Mississippi not an hour after warning city residents to "avoid travel, if you can." I guess he couldn't.

NPC: Joe Biden, the Non-player Character Candidate

NPC: Joe Biden, the Non-player Character CandidateAs with 2016, the 2020 election year is giving us the unprecedented — in this case, our first non-player character candidate. If this reference escapes you, know that an NPC is technically a gaming character that’s controlled by the computer and responds according to programming (e.g., “C’mon, man!”). As a meme, it refers to a person with no mind or real thoughts of his own.

Unseen and Unsaid: The MOST Telling Character Difference Between Trump and Biden

Something occurred to me recently while watching a post-debate Frank Luntz focus group. Comprising undecided voters who liked neither Trump nor Biden, the participants nonetheless believed the president won the debate and most said they'd probably vote for him as "the lesser of two evils." Their preference for him on policy overrode their higher estimation of Biden's character.

Is This the Real Reason They’ve Been Hidin’ Biden Before the Debate?

Is This the Real Reason They’ve Been Hidin’ Biden Before the Debate?Joe Biden’s tendency to now go into seclusion before presidential debates has raised many an eyebrow. His handlers say that, as far as tonight’s event goes, they were simply preparing him to face President Trump, while some observers surmise he has been playing prevent defense and avoiding Bidengate-scandal questions. But there’s another possible explanation. Radio host Rush Limbaugh noted a while back that Biden is rarely seen at night; in fact, his campaign has on certain days ended his appearances at 12 noon.

Trump MUST Up His Game for the Next Debate

Trump MUST Up His Game for the Next DebatePresident Trump is masterful at his rallies. I’ve never seen anyone work a crowd better. Able to control the microphone, he’s loose, conversational, fluent, interesting, funny and even sometimes charming. He connects with people. That’s not what he did September 29, however, during the first presidential debate. Many conservatives won’t like hearing this, but Trump underperformed while Joe Biden exceeded the very low expectations set for him. The ex-vice president simply had to show up and not exhibit dementia; the president had to impress. This he did not do. And he can — and must — up his game at the next debate, which also happens to be the last one.

Mike Pence Got the Debate Buzz, but Obama is the Real Lord of the Flies

Mike Pence Got the Debate Buzz, but Obama is the Real Lord of the FliesThe leftist community is all abuzz about a fly landing on Vice President Mike Pence's head, and remaining there for a few minutes, during Wednesday's debate with Senator Kamala Harris. Dubbed #flygate on the Internet, the uninvited debate attendee inspired quips and comments, and not just because he was unmasked and uninterested in social distancing. And of all the reactions, perhaps the most striking is the claim that the fly's treating Pence like a bowl of molasses doesn't mean the vice president is sweet — but, rather, Devil-influenced.

Shameful Moderator Bias at the Vice Presidential Debate

Shameful Moderator Bias at the Vice Presidential DebateOne tragedy of this election season, as with all modern election seasons, is that the Democrats’ radicalism is being hidden from the American people by a complicit establishment media. It would have been nice, then, if Wednesday’s vice presidential debate could have been a teaching moment where light was shined on Kamala Harris’s and Joe Biden’s toxic positions. Unfortunately, moderator Susan Page’s bias made this impossible.

White Radicals? ANTIFA.com STILL Goes to Biden for President Webpage

Joe Biden & Democrats Are in Reality, AntifaIf KKK.com or AryanNation.com redirected to the Trump/Pence campaign website, it would be a major story that the media would use, mercilessly, to tar the president. Why, Trump was asked at Tuesday night's debate, again, to disavow white supremacists even though he has done so in the past and has no association with them. This is why it's striking that Democratic nominee Joe Biden isn't ever asked about a certain curious fact:

Amy Coney Barrett and the Zealots

Amy Coney Barrett and the ZealotsSupreme Court nominee Amy Coney Barrett is in the grip of “dogmas.” So goes a criticism made by, ironically, the most dogmatic of people. In fact, the gripe reflects a certain dogma-born prejudice. Oh, I don’t speak of the anti-Catholic, anti-“religious,” anti-pro-life and anti-conservative varieties, though they’re also present. Nor do I refer to how a Muslim nominee would never be subjected to such scorn. Rather, the prejudice here is seldom recognized and something even good people may exhibit.

The Democrats' War on Blacks

The Democrats' War on BlacksWhen hearing talk of Democrats' war on blacks, some may think of the 92 percent of black homicide victims murdered by other blacks mainly in Democrat-run cities. Others may ponder the 300,000 black babies killed yearly in the womb with the approval, sometimes tacit, sometimes more overt, of many white liberals. Yet there's another front in this war, one more recently opened and far more insidious.

Hillary Clinton, Malevolent Child

Hillary Clinton, Malevolent ChildDonald Trump is "denigrating" our "democracy," said Hillary Clinton in the October 19, 2016 presidential debate, responding to Trump's statement that he may not accept a possibly fraudulent election's outcome. Since that election, Clinton has by her own professed standard been doing nothing but denigrating our system — and now she's at it again.
