Media Inciting Race Riots in America

According to FBI statistics, approximately 9,000 African Americans are killed in this country annually. This carnage is basically ignored by the news media, which treats the vast majority of these cases as non-stories. This major tragedy is consistently overlooked by a media that often highlights the deaths of American soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan. While all of these deaths are tragic, it is much more dangerous for African Americans on the streets of our country than it is for our soldiers fighting in Iraq or Afghanistan.

Senate in rush to pass Immigration Bill and ignore America

It happens all the time in Congress. Politicians push through legislation that is not supported by the American people. The members of Congress listen to the lobbyists, special interest groups and powerful political forces, but rarely listen to average voters.

Tale of two athletes: Collins praised, Tebow panned

In the politically correct world of sports today, it is no surprise that the media went crazy in praising Jason Collins, the first gay professional athlete to go public. And the Oscar Goes To…President and Mrs. Obama

President Barack Obama is accustomed to receiving awards he does not deserve. In fact, the President received the ultimate prize in November of 2008. He was elected President of the United States despite scant credentials for the world’s most important position. He benefited from very inadequate vetting by the liberal news media; former political watch dogs turned lap dogs in the age of Obama.

Take your Mitts off, Governor Romney

There are just a few short weeks until the presidential election and most polls show a tight race nationally. While the mainstream news media is declaring President Obama significantly ahead in swing state polls, some analysts like Dick Morris of Fox News believe that the pollsters are skewing the data to give the incumbent an advantage.

Nation Needs A Dose Of Louisiana Resiliency

August 31, 2012…On the seventh anniversary of Hurricane Katrina, the people of Louisiana were struck again by Hurricane Isaac. This storm was not as powerful or deadly as Katrina, but it was a monster nonetheless. It might have been the strongest Category 1 hurricane in history. Initial estimates of property damage exceed $2 billion and that amount will surely rise. Over one million people lost power throughout the region. While New Orleans was mostly spared, homes were destroyed in nearby Plaquemines Parish, as well as parts of LaPlace and Slidell. Unfortunately, the threat is not over as rising waters continue to endanger vast regions of the north shore of Lake Pontchartrain.

CNN: The Stupid Network

It keeps getting worse at CNN. Two days after CNN President Jim Walton, a 30-year veteran of the network, announced his retirement, the network broadcast a Pink song “Stupid Girls” right before airing a segment about former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin and her husband Todd visiting a Chick-fil-A restaurant in Woodlands, TX.

Stop the Romney Coronation

With one caucus and one primary completed, there is a stampede of media analysts and Republican operatives rushing to proclaim Mitt Romney as the de-facto Republican nominee. Despite the fact that only a fraction of the delegates have been chosen and voters in 48 states have yet to cast a vote, there is a definite push to call this political ballgame early.

Susan Sarandon: Dumb Woman Talking

October 19, 2011…The hyperbole from the left is getting more extreme with each passing day. Several weeks ago actor Morgan Freeman claimed the Tea Party movement was “racist.” Last Friday, actor Sean Penn called the Tea Party the group that wanted to “get the N-word out of the White House” and “lynch” the President. These foolish actors have not seen or must not understand the latest polls which show African American Herman Cain as the Tea Party’s favorite candidate.

Move over, Jimmy Carter

The race is over, Jimmy Carter can rest easy. Until this feckless administration, the hapless 39th President of the United States was safely ensconced as the worst President in U.S. history. Now, Carter who gave us double digit inflation and interest rates, a national malaise and a military in decline has been surpassed in the race for the bottom. President Barack Obama is now the undisputed “Worst President in U.S. History.” He can place this award on his mantle next to the Noble Peace Prize.

NASA: Muslim world here we come

Now that the space shuttle program has been retired, NASA can start focusing on its primary mission: reaching out to the Muslim world. In 1961, John F. Kennedy promised that America would be the first country to land a man on the moon. It was an exciting time for the space program and many amazing accomplishments were achieved, including the fulfillment of Kennedy’s promise, the moon landing of 1969.
