Keeping out Ebola

Here’s an interesting tidbit: Sierra Leone accuses Canada of discrimination over the suspension of visa applications for residents of nations currently hit with large outbreaks of Ebola. The nerve!

Does Barack Obama Have Blood on His Hands?

Little Eli Waller will never grow up to be president. The four-year-old New Jersey boy will never grow up to be anything because enterovirus D68 took his life--quite possibly because a boy who did grow up to be president, but not really a man, invited the virus into our country.

Exposing the Green Money Machine

Exposing the Green Money Machine
It is doubtful that most Americans and others around the world know how vast the organizational structure of the environmental movement is and how much wealth it generates for those engaged in an agenda that would drag humanity back to the Stone Age.

Meteorological Forecasting Stone

Outside a tourist trading post on the TransCanada Highway in northwestern Ontario may be found a modern version of the famed philosopher’s stone. Suspended from a rope attached to a sturdy frame is a modest hunk of the Canadian Shield together with instructions for its interpretation:

God’s Creation, the Flying Geese

God’s Creation, the Flying Geese If, like me, you are blessed enough to live in the Great North East, every day now you can see and hear the geese making their exuberant annual trek south for the winter. There’s something ineffably haunting in the sound of their honking. For me their V-formation flights and haunting honks kept me spellbound before even discovering the inspiration that comes from the science that explains it.

Dead and Paralyzed American Children DEMAND Answers

On Oct. 7 the Patriot Post published my column, "Enterovirus D68: A Call to Arms.“ It was a plea aimed at investigative journalists and dedicated epidemiologists, asking them to determine whether what is now known as the EVD-68 enterovirus could be directly attributed to the massive influx of illegal alien children orchestrated by the Obama administration last summer.

World Oil Markets and Oil Prices

There have been many ups and downs in the oil market over the last decade causing oil prices to either escalate or drop precipitously. Of particular note is the oil price drop in 2008 from a price of $146 per barrel to $35 per barrel in just 6 months[1]—a price decline of over 75 percent. The current price decline—one that caught forecasters by surprise– is much less—closer to 25 percent—but has ramifications throughout the oil producing and consuming world.

Catch the Retirement Wave, not Drown in the Tsunami

Unlike the popular Beach Boys hit Catch A Wave, where they allude that you will be sitting on top of the world; the baby boomer generation is directly in the path of a retirement tsunami. This unprecedented event can be prevented if individuals search out the unique and distinguished professionals that offer retirement income services and capabilities that are markedly different from all of the other financial advisors competing in a vast sea of retiring boomers.

What Are The Lies That Liberals Tell?

The old expression of “how can you tell a liberal is lying?” The answer is, “when his lips are moving”. Is that being harsh or fair? Well, let's look at the record to see if that is an over the top statement or a true assessment of their actions and rhetoric.

Stand Your Ground

Orlando, FL – Liberty Counsel Founder and Chairman Mat Staver is urging people in states affected by same-sex unions to stay: “Stand your ground. Do not voluntarily resign your post when confronted with this intolerant agenda.” Staver made these comments after several magistrates in North Carolina resigned because they refused to preside over a same-sex marriage. “I appreciate the conviction of these magistrates, but rather than resign they should remain at their post. Liberty Counsel will represent them, but once they resign there is not much we can do to help,” said Staver.
