Two Pennsylvania Democrat candidates for statewide office are skipping President Joe Biden’s trip to Pittsburgh on Friday. Democrat candidate for governor and current state Attorney General Josh Shapiro will not attend Biden’s speech in Pittsburgh and Democrat Senate candidate Lt. Gov.
