At the stroke of midnight welcoming the New Year 2011, the Countdown Until Obama Leaves Office Clock will (mercifully) read 750 Days, 9 Hours.
That’s a far cry from the 1425 Days it read when Canada Free Press (CFP) first posted the clock to its front page on Obama’s January 20, 2009 Inauguration!
At the stroke of midnight tonight, there will only be five days left until the new senators and congressmen are sworn in on January 5, 2011.
The potential for real Hope and Change coming in 2011 make welcoming the New Year all the more worthwhile.
