Law enforcement sources tell us T.J.’s driver picked him up from the GQ Men of the Year party early Friday morning, and during the ride they got into an argument about President-elect Donald Trump. The driver claims T.J. slapped him in the head when they got to his house.
We’re told the driver got pissed and decided to make a citizen’s arrest. He called cops who showed up and took T.J. into custody. We’re told the driver did NOT have any visible injuries, and it’s he said/he said at this point. It’s not clear what was said about Trump but there’s virtually no chance Miller was saying something nice about the president-elect. Last night Miller appeared on Conan O’Brien's show with what looked like blood all over his shirt after a safety pin allegedly pierced his ear as a gesture of solidarity with Hillary Clinton supporters who still can’t believe their candidate lost to Trump. Uproxx reports
Citing the “safety pin movement,” Miller told Conan, “I did it at the last minute because my wife Kate was like you know, you should show solidarity.” When Conan and Andy later pointed out — as blood began pouring down his neck and shoulder — that maybe you’re supposed to put the pin in your coat, Miller retorted, “When you’re not hardcore, yeah, sure!”In a previous appearance Miller set a Donald Trump-branded necktie on fire.
