Antifa justify their use of violence

The radical left-wing stormtroopers who call themselves Antifa are “unapologetic about what they describe as the necessary use of violence to combat authoritarianism,” The Hill newspaper got around to noticing.

While both experts on the movement and activists within it emphasize that not everyone who participates in anti-fascist activism engages in violence, they say the use of force is intrinsic to their political philosophy.

“The justification [of the use of violence] is that Nazi ideology at its very core is founded on violence and on wielding power by any means,” said Mike Isaacson, who is one of the founders of Smash Racism D.C., an antifa organization in Washington.

Except that very few of the people targeted by these terrorists are actually fascists or neo-Nazis. If you’re to the right of Bernie Sanders, you are an enemy of the people, according to the street rabble, and you are likely to get punched. It makes sense that these professional rioters and arsonists are becoming increasingly bold. And why wouldn’t they? The mainstream media and left-wing intelligentsia jump through fiery hoops every day making excuses for these scum.
