Assistant AG for Civil Rights at the DOJ Harmeet Dhillon says Don Lemon is "on notice" after he suggested to his viewers it was their "First Amendment" right to storm churches.

The statement comes after a group of far-left extremists stormed Cities Church in MN.

"A house of worship is not a public forum for your protest! It is a space protected from exactly such acts by federal criminal and civil laws!" Dhillon said, responding to a post about Lemon.

"Nor does the First Amendment protect your pseudo journalism of disrupting a prayer service."

"You are on notice!"
